  1. We'll make sure and pump Dundee United for you!
  2. Lol, clearly a joke; unless he is actually occupying the Dundee goal with zimmer in-hand? Wouldn't wish that on a Snecky mun no matter who he's involved with
  3. Aye, I would rather win it at Ayr; but who gives a feck? I'll take anything so long as we're going back up where we belong!! Let's hope Raith REALLY stick it to Scumdee!
  4. All three subs made by Dundee; here's hoping Geddes trips over his zimmer and does himself an injury for a real laugh!!
  5. Happy Birthday Adam! Maybe the boys at Raith Rovers will deliver you a couple of birthday goals; sure that'd really get the celebrations started!
  6. It's not that I dont want to win the league; the league is all but sealed unless Dundee overcome an enormous goal difference without their top scorer! I would rather be there with the players and the fans at the point where we win the league; surely that is not so ridiculous?! Not that winning the league tonight will take anything away from Saturday really, I just want to celebrate it AS it happens as part of the ICT support! But honestly, I am just delighted we are in a position to choose our own preference!
  7. We are in the excellent position this evening where if Dundee do not win we will "officially" be crowned champions, while a win for Dundee will merely postpone the inevitable until (hopefully) Saturday at Ayr! What is everyone hoping for this evening? Anyone desperate for the title to be clinched ASAP, or are there others who want the league to be won at Ayr so that we have a chance to REALLY celebrate with the team as the title is won?! A somewhat pointless question as regardless we will be champions, but just curious at to what everyone else is thinking tonight? 'Mon the Dee (for one night only!)!!

  9. I think he should probably quit both as he's making an @rse out of both jobs.
  10. Birdog. Your posts on this thread are some of the most self-righteous, arrogant things I've ever seen. You're a smoker not a fecking crackhead selling his assh*le for your next hit (and ticket). Get off your podium you twa*t.
  11. That is one of the truest posts I've ever heard on this forum. There is a select few 'elite' ICT fans who are deemed more worthy than many of the other diehards in a lot of respects - I wonder if there is such a noticeable division amongst fans of bigger teams or whether it just applies to ours and other small clubs.
  12. I think it was as it made him stand out more, and it was a bit of a moral boost! I don't think he needed a hideous tie-dyed t-shirt to stand out...

    Booing

Those of you still arguing that you should be allowed to boo your own team are fecking dense b*stards. Of course you should be allowed to - you should just have the common sense not to. Get a grip. You are all exactly what we don't need this season.

    Booing

 Today at TCS we kicked off our first home match back in division 1. Today at Ibrox they unfurled the Championship flag, kind of blows your argument out of the water? Em no it doesn't. I am referring to the attitude that we should walk EVERY single game we play. It is a common Hun trait that any disappointment in their team's outings ends in either an out-break of violence or a call for the head of the manager. I am hinting that if we assume we are going to win every single game we play then we are no better than them and hold a similar attitude to the blue-filth-faithful. And George I don't give a sh*t if you didn't enjoy the game or the result, it is just common courtesy to not boo your team off the pitch. You don't have to clap (which by the way I did - thank you for the suggestion) but booing your own team is a form of negativity which helps nobody but the nine other teams in the league.
  15. Fair play to you CaleyD. That was far more entertaining than the stadium announcing has been. The sound was also much better from the mic on the pitch - keep it up!

    Booing

I have to whole-heartedly agree with this thread. Booing a team off the pitch when you are there to support them is f*cking ludicrous. If you want to show up to a football match on a Saturday to vent then f*ck off to the other side of the bridge or sit in the away end because you are NOT contributing positively to ICT at all. We can win the league this season but we are never going to win every game and it is going to be very hard going - if you can't handle disappointment without expelling the sound of a dying cow then football spectatorship is not the hobby for you. The role of the supporters is to back and encourage their team's players not to try and break their spirits when a result doesn't go their way. This booing coupled with that ****** at half time who urged Butcher to "get his finger out" when we had a very promising first half are prime examples of what is wrong with football - the kind of attitudes which are native to Ibrox. GET BEHIND THE F*CKING TEAM OR STAY AT HOME.
  17. Dougie is a good player and in all fairness probably deserves to be playing SPL football. I would miss him if he left but it'd be an understandable switch and I don't think it would "show his true colours" at all. I'd rather get the money for him than have him taken for free if we don't win the SFL1 this season...
  18. And up until 3pm this afternoon..it was highly relevant! One swallow doth not a summer make You're obviously not up to date with your pre-season results if you believe we weren't scoring before 3pm against Annan.
  19. It's hard to be a united support when so many Main Stand regulars seem to be hell-bent on crushing the spirits of our players. I was honestly expecting the chaps behind me on Saturday to pull out white pillow cases and a rope with all the abuse they were giving poor Lionel (a prime example of a good regular first team player who is constantly criticized both on and off the pitch) who I felt played perfectly well in what was a solid team performance.
