  1. Aye fair play CaleyD for doing the whole thing for free, it is one less thing the club has to worry about paying for. The facts are however that you appear to have about as much charisma as a potato, you warp every sentence you speak over that tinny PA system into a bemusing squeal and you provide absolutely NO banter; maybe the crowd will start to "Work Together" with you if you take the leap and start providing some entertainment.
  2. This thread is proving itself redundant given that we just won 4-0.

    So....

Yes we will go straight back. The new boys will do the business. I BELIEVE
  4. "Clash of the Ash" by Runrig? It's about a shinty team but it's still pretty suited!
  5. Im on as "who put the o and Y in county" and I've joined internutters. :D
  6. Great performance from everyone tonight for the majority of the game. The score line was more than flattering. Eagle will set Division 1 alight. BRING ON THE ANNAN!
  7. Too good for the SPL (repeat)
  8. You are a gudgie, a Dingwall gudgie, You're only happy on giro day, Your mum's a wheeler, your dad's a dealer, So please don't take my hubcaps away. (Repeat)
  9. Came over from the stoke city, Rooney Rooney, Said 'Caley is the team for me', Rooney Rooney, He's 6 foot 2 with ginger hair, We'd rather Wayne but we dont care, Adam Rooney Caley's number 9. (To the same tune) When Dougie goes running down the wing, Imrie Imrie, When Dougie goes running down the wing, Imrie Imrie, When Dougie goes running down the wing, The Sesh army are sure to sing, 'Cause we all know that Dougie's gonna score
  10. For once I totally agree with you IHE. We need to get behind the team, especially if we take a few games to get to grips with the SFL - the spirit of the supporters played a huge part in our Division one winning season and it will be vital again if we hope to stand a chance in winning what is a highly competitive league.
  11. That was those two Slovakians who played in the recent friendly. Butcher said he didn't rate them. Hopefully we are able to land Sanchez then, although if I had offers from ICT and any Spanish team for the same amount of wages it would really be a no-brainer.
  12. According to the papers last week, he is competing with a Spanish club to agree terms with ex-trialist Sanchez and he has two Eastern European strikers on trial at the moment. He is trying to get strikers in from richer sources than a team who were playing division 2 football last year. After signing Barrowman I don't think we should look at County for goal-scorers until totally desperate.
  13. Aye that was Cox. I totally agree with your enthusiasm for Nick Ross. He was good on the ball even though he is lacking slightly in physicality and he's surely one to watch in the next few years.
  14. Bloody terrible game but it's early days yet. I think the game on Tuesday will be a better means of judging how well the team are capable of playing together as they clearly underestimated which (to be fair to them) was a reasonably good third division side. Enough of this slagging players so early on, give them time to adjust to the new squad and get back into the swing of playing competitive football after an incredibly draining season - if we aren't mounting a considerable title threat by Christmas then it's time to start girning.
  15. Rosscoe is the man's nickname. How many different topics must end with this spiral of incredibly sh*te patter?
  16. HT: 0-1 FT: 1-3 1st Scorer ICT: Foran 1st Scorer Opp: Bayne Crowd: 3,009
  17. HT: 2-0 FT: 6-0 1st Scorer ICT: Cox 1st Scorer Opp: Storey Crowd: 1111
  18. HT: 2-0 FT: 5-1 ICT: Djebi-Zadi Montrose: Voigt Crowd: 1222
  19. He's knackered at the moment and I've seen him plenty of times in the gym during team training times. He's clearly just resting his injury. There is every possibility we could accept a decent offer for him if we received one but unless that happens he's a Caley player his lack of participation in pre-season is due to his injury and nothing more. I agree with CaleyD - this thread is 100% speculation!
  20. The new strip is sexy. This thread is ****.
  21. Falkirk. I sincerely hope they get relegated for 3 consecutive seasons.
  22. There's only one team we need to worry about and that's ICT. We have the ability to comfortably compete with any team in the 1st Division if we play to our full potential. We need to spend the season getting behind them and stop worrying about Dundee and their cash-splashing on Scotland's most talented mediocre footballers.
  23. Pre-season is all about raising fitness and moral. If the players get a decent run-out and win the match comfortably it boosts them mentally and physically ahead of competitive matches that actually matter. Besides who wants to watch Caley get humped all through pre-season on the back of such a cripplingly painful season in the SPL?!
  24. Sweet Jesus, what a lot of sh1te.
  25. I didn't make the game tonight, anyone know what the Elgin goal was like? I know it's only a pre-season and it's early days yet, but the fact we've let in goals against Clach and Elgin is fairly disgusting. I hope this isn't an indication of things to come!
