  1. I will be there, booing LDZ. Don't forget your rocks and glass bottles aswell lad.
  2. Oh for a repeat of Bazza's wonder strike many moons ago..
  3. Such a shame. Hope the cowards that would do such a thing rot in hell. Thoughts go out to the family, hopefully better news to come in the next few days.
  4. Ooooh, better not f*ck with HairyChopper and his partner.. :biggrin01:
  5. I think a couple of simple position changes is all it takes to turn our team around, we're bound to be top of the league in a few weeks this way. As has been said before Lionel upfront, he's less of a liability up there and his mistakes wont prove anywhere near as costly. With Barrowboy in goals. DoofersDad was right, it's scientifically proven that the ball has only a 2% chance of going in the net with him in the box. Amazing stuff. Foran just isn't direct enough, so would be plain daft putting him upfront again, and we need someone to shore up our defence. Why not put him there? Along with the towering figure of Proctor at the back we're just bound not to concede. Nick Ross is also just far too small and lightweight to be taking on opposition defences also, so with Foran, Proc and Barrowman at the back, they would see him through the game no problem. I think Imrie would also do better than half our squad, even if he is only capable of using one leg. He has to be in the squad somewhere. And with desperate need of a new captain, we should address this in the middle of the park IMO, with Munro shifted upfront, he was one of the players who looked most likely to score for us on Saturday. With the constant slating of Rob Eagle, I beleive DornochCaley should be given a run out to prove his worth. F*ck it, it's only a cup game, perfect chance to erse about with the team. Cox keeps his place because we all love him. :P I'd go with something along the lines of: Barrowman Ross Foran Proctor Rooney Imrie Renegade © Cox DornochCaley Djebi-Zadi Munro Subs: Who (gk), Gives, A, Flying, F*ck.
  6. Lionel's getting shifted upfront apparently, that's what it'll be.
  7. Good one DoofersRenegadesDad. Sure that strike partnership will work wonders.. Why are we only starting 10 men btw? Does Tokely count as 2 players in the lower league competitions.. :P
  8. Sorry.. Forgot my tongue in cheek smiley.. Here you go.
  9. So what's the secret to losing stomach fat then Don?
  10. Think the reason this defeat was taken so badly was not just because it was to them, and it was the first time we'd played them competitively in so long. But also because about 99% of our support expected us to beat C*unty. Myself included. Hopefully this result is the boot up the erse we need and we don't show this level of arrogance again. Those saying anything about Butcher to go though.. Come off it.
  11. Dont forget ye come here at the end of the month so we will wipe that tone. Go back. 31st end of the month i'm back. Why did you want me to come back? He didn't say come back.. He said go back. Fair play on your result the other day, twas thoroughly deserved. Just hope Butcher gives them the major boot up the erse that they merit and we f*ck you's over next time in Mingwall. That's gonna be a big grudge match. Bragging rights are yours until next time though caller, enjoy it while it lasts.
  12. Wouldn't have LDZ out of the team completely. Have him on the bench and take him on if we are winning, hopefully he can perform well when he comes on and there would be less pressure. Build up a bit more confidence, with a bit of luck. As for those saying Ross is too young? Bulls**t! What about the likes of Rooney, who was given his first team chance at Everton when he was just 16. It's not the fact he's too young, he's not built enough. But he's as direct as anyone else we have at the club and always looking to create and take people on. I would start with him and Jonny Hayes on the wings, with Cox and McBain in the centre. Tokely has to be drafted back in for this game, shore up a shaky looking defence. Would also keep Sanchez tucked in behind Foran (or maybe the other way about) So one can try and feed off the others scraps. I think this partnership could be a lethal one given time. Barrowman on the bench to get a 20 minute run out I would say aswell. We desperately need Imrie back I think. Also interesting to see the amount of people calling for Russelldinho to get a start.. Esson Tokely Bulvitis Munro Hastings Ross Cox McBain Hayes Sansesh Foran Subs: Allison, Lionel, Duncan, Barrowman, Rooney
  13. Credit where credit's due, he has a had a few good games for us. And, when we're winning, the keepy up's and runs and kamikaze passes, can be quite entertaining. When he's bad though, he's f*cking awful. And this was evident on Saturday. Dunno would I play him against Paraletic Thistle, really beleive that it should be Dick or Royston starting centre back, but no doubt Butcher will go with Lionel anyway.
  14. But if you really want to see Brian Irvine then you have to go to M&S. I think the guy lives there - maybe he has a lingerie fetish. Used to always see Caff out and about for some reason.
  15. Aye, Renegade was on the other day spouting his s***e..
  16. Totally agree with all of that...
  17. You must have a sh*t memory... The one that stands out in my mind was against st mirren when he passed straight to andy dorman who was at the 6 yards ox for a simple tap in. We won 2.1 eventually As much as I have criticised him on this thread, that was not his fault, the ball was booted towards him and bounced off his shin, into the path of the anticipating Dorman. Ronaldo wouldn't of been able to control it ffs. As for Caleyrule's post.. Who do you think won't be playing for ICT ever again? I'm willing to wager there will be about 2 changes, at most, for the Partick game.
  18. The entertainment side of things can be a good thing, but would only use him if we are 2 or 3-0 goals up on a team. Otherwise it isn't entertaining, just plain scary.
  19. Lionel being one of them He has been a liability and cost us with mistakes in important games. Yes everyone makes mistakes, it's part of life. But it's happening a few times too often with Lionel, and there's other people kicking their heels on the bench or wasting away in the reserves, who could maybe do a better job than him, given the chance. All i'm saying is these players deserve to be given a chance ahead of him.
  20. The mistakes he's making are costing us though, dearly. And coz of the position he plays it's just gifting the opposition chances, and sometimes goals. His attempted clearances were so poor yesterday. It's no wonder C*unty were p!ssing themselves laughing when we signed him.
  21. Think you're gonna struggle a bit without getting a taxi as it's on a Sunday tbh..
  22. If you read my post you would see that i'm not basing it on yesterday's performance, but also last season. Fair enough everybody has off days, About 11 of our lot did yesterday, but Lionel has been a consistent liability for us since he started playing regularly. Why he is still starting for us is beyond me, we have better options in McBain and Dick, and possibly even Shinnie, IMHO. I was one of the ones that booed yesterday, I'm entitled to my opinion, and believe the players deserve to know when the fans aren't happy. Yesterdays performance from most of the team was totally unacceptable and heartless and deserved booed. Those who say you should never do it though, can see where you're coming from but we'll agree to disagree eh. Game gone now though and in the past, let's focus on the next one now.
  23. Get on google maps ya lazy so and so.. :D
  24. Aye keep it goin, good to let them see it and cringe come May. BC you're taking the bait by reacting like that, just give them the satisfaction they crave. Fair play to C*unty tho, better team on the day yesterday and was a thoroughly deserved victory. We had what most of us will be hoping was just a bad day at the office. One things for sure tho, if we want to have a chance of finishing even in the top half of the league then we need to get the finger out and start playing football. Yesterday was a dire, heartless performance from us. Mon November.
