There was nothing communicated about the kids Christmas Party. I emailed the SLO and tweeted the club on the 1st asking when the season ticket holder's kids part was (as usually we get a letter in November asking for numbers for either the 0-6 years or 7-12 groups). Had no reply or acknowledgement. Emailed chairman on 6th received response within a couple of hours saying he'd look into it. Received email from SLO a couple of hours after that saying that there was a party but that he didn't know the details but the would be on social media soon. It was announced shortly after. On a Friday afternoon for £7 or £10 per child whole group 0-12 years. Not cheap for an hour and a half. In the past it was free for season ticket holding kids at a weekend. If I'm being honest I think either the club wasn't going to run it or had forgotten about it and rushed to throw something together. Regardless, my girls were excited for it so given I'm a soft touch I have booked them on ?

Please. Foran was ****, though most obviously wanted him to succeed still feared the worst (which was sadly realised) however being revisionist is something you are guilty of. We didn't get rid of JH to get RF in that's not what happened at all. We wanted to keep him, hence why we didn't allow him to speak to Dundee United. It all deteriorated after that though with his repeated slagging of the board publicly. That's only going to end one way, with his sacking. Foran was a mistake, a huge one no doubt and I said as much once to Kenny Cameron in that I felt he wasn't ready for such a role.

I see what you're saying and nobody has to attanf anything but I think the issue is (and why they try to have these type events) is that clearly many people are not happy to go to games. Looking around the stadium just now that certainly seems to be the case.

This is almost always the case. It was the same with the fans meeting recently at the Caley Club where 12 people turned up. While we do have some vocal fans and some who are actually proactive most are apathetic. This one was more about the team plans and on the pitch stuff I believe.

Forgot to mention they are looking for a group of fans to help have input in improving the sports bar generally but with a particular view to some kind of displays about our history for out 25th Anniversary.

What was your feeling about the explanation from Andy on how he sees the SLO role running? I applaud his gusto and application but my concern is he's possibly trying to fulfill too many roles. Stadium manager/SLO coordinator/volunteer coordinator/media team etc. I know that's why they're looking for volunteers to give a kind of SLO group who can all help fulfil the role and other functions on match day. However I think it's a big job to get the right people to commit.

Nobody asked about CTO that I can recall.

Interesting meeting. New sponsor next season. Club looking to have a town centre presence. SLO explanation and apparently we have reached the Silver licence status. Dissapointing that only a dozen people attended though.
