Musa
Anyone know if we are entitled to an emergency loan for the game v Alloa that he will miss?

Musa
That’s great news for Musa. A call up was something that was discussed in an interview he did about 6 months ago with a Gambian football podcast. Gambia are obviously not a major force in African footballers but they are no mugs, recently beat Tunisia, and have a few players from major European leagues.

Warriors come North
Prior to this match Stenny had League 1’s lowest number of goals conceded. That honour now sits with us.

Kelty Away Feb2025
My mistake, it was Billy who played the clever pass, to Gilmour who then played it across goal.

Kelty Away Feb2025
Seven minutes of “highlights” for that first half!

Kelty Away Feb2025
We got better in the second half and deserved the win overall. The goal came from a clever pass into the box from Gilmour I think, which then got played back across goal for Bavidge to tap in.

Kelty Away Feb2025
Very scrappy here and the wind isn’t helping. Need to improve in the 2nd half. Kelty’s trialist seems to be Kirk Broadfoot, who is marshalling their defence well.

Ex ICT Players Score
I was listening to Sportsound hearing all these goals go in from our ex players and it just reminded me of all the talent we’ve had to let go of, that we could really do with now. Also on Off the Ball earlier, Sean Welsh’s name came up in the context of being a key player for QP, and they were all puzzled as to why we had let him go.

Going Ballistic
The double DVD was of the 2014/15 season including the Scottish Cup win, but I don’t think it had the 2000 game as well. For the Go Ballistic game we released A Night to Remember in 2000, definitely on VHS, but was it initially available on DVD too? Or did we do, as you suggested earlier, a DVD many years later for an anniversary, with added interviews etc? I have all our releases somewhere, I’m just not entirely sure where!

On loan from St Mirren. In 15 games for Arbroath he has 10 assists and 3 goals.

Red Lichties away Feb2025
For context, there was a clear and lengthy announcement with details of the careers of the 3 deceased players, at a time when our end was quiet. The teams lined up around the centre circle, ref blows his whistle, then after a few seconds of everybody clapping, some of our fans and the drum kick in with “If you hate Scot Gardiner clap your hands”. A misguided attempt at humour.

Red Lichties away Feb2025
Bad day for us. After a decent start we found ourselves 2 down, and in the end had Musa to thank for keeping the score respectable. Even Bavidge had a bad day at the office, missing the target from 3 great chances.

Going Ballistic
It’s top of the list for many of us, and likely always will be!

Our squad next season
Trying to figure out why the deal has been done this way rather than Dunfermline just doing a pre-contract with Bray? Same outcome for them ie they get him in the summer. Same outcome for ICT as we still have him this season. I suppose difference is that this way we get paid now, as opposed to a development fee paid in the summer?

Our squad next season
All true, but I think what people are querying is why he has moved to the bottom half of the championship when he is better than that.

Queens up North Feb2025
It’s not impossible but would require our form to improve and/or several teams above us to all get worse. This is pretty simplistic I know but if every team keeps racking up the same points per game as they have done so far, you end up with Kelty, Queens and Alloa bunched together for 4th, 5th and 6th on 51, 50 and 50 points. We would be some way back but safely in 7th place on 43. If I refine this by factoring in our improvement since Kellacher took over and assume we continue with Kellacher’s 1.92 points per game rather than our season to date average of 1.6, we still only get to 47 points, so still 7th and 4 points off 4th spot. If however we win all our remaining games, we get to 61 points which will not just get us into the playoffs but could actually be enough to win the league!

Our squad next season
Keith Bray has been sold to Dunfermline, but loaned back to us for the rest of the season.
