  1. Well done ICT, an incredibly resilient 10 v 12 performance.
  2. Great work by Henderson for the goal but we are up against it now after Welsh’s red card - absolutely shocking decision. We’ll win the appeal but that doesn’t help us for the rest of this match.
  3. Oh dear, Devine pulled up injured in the warm up. Hyde starts.
  4. Simple question, would you offer Dodds a contract extension if it was your decision?
  5. That’s for PLCs, not us. We are only supposed to have an AGM because our Articles say so. In theory a resolution could be passed by shareholders dispensing with the need to have AGMs altogether and amending the articles accordingly, not that anyone is suggesting that we should do that.
  6. That bit isn’t actually correct, it’s just an internal matter. You make a good point though that a shareholder should ask the club what is happening with the AGM.
  7. The Chairman announced the AGM date, and shortly afterwards SG was on Radio Scotland encouraging shareholders to ask any questions they want about the club’s finances at the forthcoming AGM. So it seems there was a genuine intention to hold the AGM on the specified date. It looks very poor though. I would hope that there is a good reason for it being delayed and that they will explain themselves soon. In the meantime there’s not a lot anyone can do in practice other than wait. An AGM is not a legal requirement, it’s a just an internal matter between the club and its shareholders.

Why on earth would the club ignore the results? It’s market research, it tells them what ‘customers’ like and don’t like, and enables the club to make informed decisions with information they don’t currently have. Now, making those informed decisions certainly does not mean doing what the fans want - if the cost of making a particular change outweighs the benefits and makes it non viable financially, then the club won’t do it, and nor should they. So you are probably right if you mean the club won’t make many changes as a result of the survey, but I very much doubt they would ignore it.
  9. Presumably the semi-final will have VAR - will this be the first time ICT have had VAR?
  10. Machado too for Montrose.
  11. Scottish cup odds: 8/11 Celtic 11/8 Rangers 14/1 ICT 16/1 Falkirk
  12. As of yesterday they weren’t taking any further bookings, bus/buses full.
  13. I may well be completely wrong but for our semi-final lunchtime kickoff v Celtic I thought we didn’t bring much over 2,000?
  14. Ah but they only beat us because they broke the rules! 😀
  15. One way to think about it positively is that ICT fans will probably represent less than 5% of the combined support, but ICT will get 25% of the profits, and thanks to the other semi, the higher the ticket prices the more those profits will be.
  16. It’s certainly high for a match between the 18th and 24th best teams in the land, fromChampionship and League 1. Same prices as the other semi between 1st and 2nd, which ought to have a much higher standard of product on the pitch. But it’s the Cup and everyone is there equally on merit.
  17. They changed the rules a few years ago so that the cup runners up can’t qualify for Europe any more. I think that remains the case this season.
  18. Looks like we’d have to let the U18s take care of the Cup Final then.
  19. Don’t think so, just the dressing room.
  20. I’ll close this Killie thread for now as there is a separate one discussing the semi-final.
  21. Wow you are right, final isn’t until 3rd June. Nice problem to have, though. I recall that when we won the cup final, Falkirk had gone about 3 weeks since their league season ended and they struggled to find opponents for a friendly.
  22. Well that draw is certainly our best chance of progressing to the final, and Falkirk will be say8ng the same thing. As a reminder they have 3 ex-ICT players - Kai Kennedy, Coll Donaldson and Brad McKay.
  23. ICT v Falkirk
  24. Names in the hat - ICT, Celtic, Rangers, Falkirk.
