On the bright side, I’ve been doing detailed analysis of the videos and statistics of our games over the last 3 months and have at least figured out why we aren’t picking up enough points - we’re rubbish.

With these forwards coming in, where does that league Duku? Unless he can somehow be reinvented as as a good winger, he probably won’t even make the bench when we have everyone fit. I suspect the club would like to move him on this window but there won’t be a queue of clubs wanting to benefit from his goal scoring prowess, it might be case of him having to drop down a level or two on loan or leaving Scotland if he wants to play much this season.

We are pretty good at the back but I can’t recall us ever being so devoid of exciting and creative attacking play.

Fox has a really good pedigree including Scotland, Celtic and Southampton, but most recently playing for East Bengal shows where he is in his career. Are there any credible sources that they are on trial with us?

He didn’t want to leave, Derby wanted him off the wage bill and he told the Derby Telegraph he is “gutted” about leaving. Fee reported to be £30,000 but Wigan chairman says it was less than that. Absolute bargain.
