If ever a game deserved to be 0-0 it was this one! We lacked creativity upfront, resorting to long balls and the ball was seldom on the deck. We didn’t deserve to win, but we certainly didn’t deserve to lose either.

Well, there was a 5-1 v Dumbarton 2 seasons ago, Nathan Austin hat-trick. Our biggest league win last season was just 3-0. Tonights result is our biggest league win since the 7-0 promotion party at Ayr in 2010.

We were pretty poor in the first half, but really good in the second. What happened to change it, the goal or something else? Great result and a great way to start the weekend.

Utd ought to win it comfortably, and if it isn’t going well they’ll just keep sacking managers and signing players until they are top. Realistic target for ICT is to make the playoffs.

What is it with ICT players? Over the years we’ve had a few cases of players getting into trouble with the police, and now it seems James Vincent and Dennis Wyness are in a bit of bother. ?

I see Lowland League side Edusports have relocated to Strathclyde Park and rebranded as “Caledonian Braves”. The name was chosen in a vote by their fans, or rather online subscribers. Heard their financial backer stating an ambition to be in the top flight within 6 years. That doesn’t seem likely, but stranger things have happened. Can’t say I like the idea of there being another Caley in the Scottish league set-up. I know we don’t have a monopoly on the word but it’s been part of our uniqueness. There are many Thistles, Uniteds and Rangers, but only one Caledonian, until now. Would be really odd to one day face a team whose fans are chanting “Caley”!

I think the limit actually applies to the space taken up by the sponsor’s name, which in turn restricts letter size. But the example above is non compliant anyway.
