Didn’t know until yesterday that BSC Glasgow groundshare with Alloa, so there is the possibility of going to the same ground 2 rounds in a row. I’d be happy with that one.

20th anniversary!

There was never a moment when I thought we would lose this match, but it was great to get through and not need a replay. Decent game and performance on the whole, but the goals we conceded both looked way too easy for Alloa. I can’t recall ever seeing a game where both team gave the ball away so cheaply, so frequently.

The Radio Scotland preview mentioned Alloa hoping to pick up 3 points today, not sure she knew what tournament this is!

Some great memories there. I’m not one to shout abuse at refs on a regular basis, but I remember going ballistic at Caff’s red card at Ochilview when the Falkirk player was gripping the ball between his legs. This was Andy Shinnie, who also got called up for Scotland whilst playing for ICT. Perhaps not our player of the decade due to being with us for fewer seasons than other contenders, but what an absolute class act he was when he was here.
