U20s v Dundee
Seen Shane Sutherland in Eastgate today so won't be him. Lack of coverage on under 20 games can be annoying at times.

SPL Fans United
Scottish football has become far too political these days. What's happened with Rangers has happened, let them get on with it in division 3. They are irrelevant to the SPL now. Merging the governing bodies is a key factor to the reconstruction for me. I don't understand why we need to unite against the SFA. It ridiculous, we are trying to save Scottish football and not making it a laughing stock - even though it has been for a while.

Thanks for clarifying that. So in theory, the current 3rd division this season is pointless and a waste of time? Can now understand why Chuckles Green is trying to leave Scotland

After sitting reading that, seems do-able. Before reading that I was highly skeptical that 4 teams can be relegated. End of the day, we get the variety of new teams but then again say the 4 teams don't get promoted from the play off, we could end up with the same teams again for the next season. The top 8 aren't going to benefit with the new teams if that's the case. One thing that caught my eye was, "Rangers won't be fast tracked to the top" That's good that, that won't happen however, reading the rest of it. It says No team from division 3 will be promoted. Does that mean Dundee are still in the SPL/Upper 12 next season?

Did anyone expect him to anything other than blaze it high and wide like he always does? People say "he's not a winger" but he's not a striker either. Under 20 game last week, scored a header from a corner. Just can't strike a ball without it hitting Row Z it seems.

Just watched the highlights on the SPL youtube. Looked a good game to go and watch. Shane Sutherland at the end though...

U20's v Falkirk - Monday 18th Feb @ 1pm
Personally think Toni has had his confidence knocked from the semi final and being dropped but I reserve judgement because last Monday was first game Toni played since St Mirren away.

Think you're correct mate. Played very similar to G.Shinnie.

Esson'll be keeping the jersey then. Terry Butcher was in attendance today and did see that. I personally believe Ryan Esson will be keeper at Tynecastle.

Just home from watching this game. Lovely bit of weather for the game which was an added bonus. We started the game very brightly and attacked at Falkirk's defence. Falkirk conceeded the first corner and then Shane Sutherland got a head to it to make it 1-0. After the first goal and then the game died down a bit and both teams were attacking at each other. Falkirk finally found a break through with a tremendous strike from outside the box to equalise for the away side. Currently we are in a battle of who is the better keeper but no way would Ryan Esson or Scott Mathieson catch that ball. Like the first goal, the game died down after that goal and it was half time. After half time, we restarted the game brightly and kept attacking at them. As time went on the game became even and you didn't know who was going to win the game. Unfortunately, Antonio Regeuro miss kicked the ball and it went to the Falkirk attacker and it was 2-1. We never really seem to get back into it after that goal. One thing I thought was really strange is we conceeded a in-direct free kick from a pass back pick up situation. Don't know what happened there. On a sour note, Connor Pepper and a Falkirk defender went to head the ball at the same time near the end off FT and Connor came off worse in the situation. You could see staff quickly running to aid Connor and you knew it was a bad one. Connor was then taken off and as we used 3 subs, we finished the game with 10 men. All in all a good performance from the youngsters. They were more attacking than Falkirk were and I felt we should of got more out of the game. My man of the match would go to Matthew Cooper. Him and Daniel Devine were very composed at the centre defence. Jordon Gibbons, when he signed I thought he was a winger but today he played in centre mid and put in a good shift. There was a young lad who played at left back was Number 3 and I thought he played really well. First Team Players involved today: Shane Sutherland, Antonio Reguero, Daniel Devine, Connor Pepper, Jordon Gibbons, Charlie Taylor, Matthew Cooper and Liam Polworth.

Panic Button?

Very disappointed after watching that. Chance after chance wasted. Fair play to the boys were are playing some nice football and along the ground. We are getting into tight space and making good chances for ourselves but we are missing them. What really annoys me is that when we get into space outside the box, we just fanny about with it - Just have a dig. That Killie goalkeeper was really dodgy at times and we should have pelted them on target. Need to take a leaf out of OTJ's book on long range shots! Terry's substitutions really baffle me at times. I personally think players that are on the bench need to come on far earlier in the game than the 80th minute. How the heck is Shane Sutherland (who is played out of position) supposed to make an impact in 4 minutes? Billy McKay was really struggling vs Sissoko. Personally with Shane's height, we could done with having him up front. The game should have been finished before the 80th minute and Killie didn't really deserve the point. We really need to get three points at Fir Park.- Owain Tudur Jones
Just on the topic of announcing. Was Kris Commons' substitution announced? Not that I think that the announcer is at fault. I can't remember seeing the board go up either.- ICT v Celtic Match thread
Came away from TCS pretty disappointed after today's game. After the first ten minutes, when Nick Ross scored I thought we could get something out of this game. The defending was terrible for Celtic's first goal and then we couldn't pick up the pace. I thought we are definitely lacking an end product today. We NEED to win on Wednesday and hopefully get a point at Fir park.- 3 Points on Saturday
I don't believe for one second that Celtic will come to Inverness with a weakened side. They will come here and try and end any title hopes. Considering we just had the week of hell. I hope the players are really up for this game and be right in Celtic's faces for 90 minutes. I would be delighted with 3 points but even a point would be a good result too.- Premier League
Ok started again....- Premier League
The impact with Rangers being demoted from the league hasn't had any real negativity. The league has been pretty competitive sure but the league really needs reconstructing because I find it really tedious playing the same team a possible 4 times in one season. The gates are a bit lower and Sky viewings have been lower too but the SPL is carrying on and that's all that matters. I'd rather an SPL without Rangers than no SPL at all.- Identify the player from former clubs
