  1. Just back, and a great performance from most. Lionel seemed aimless on the left wing, and Proctor didn't have the best of games, but everyone else played their guts out. A real shame the Penalty King never got his moment of glory again, but he made some great saves and definitely kept us in the game in some of the more siege like moments. If they could play like that (with 10 men!) every week, we would have not much to complain about. Well done guys!
  2. Yeah i was pretty sure the last game was a 2-2 draw is well. You're both right. I had blacked out that horror from my mind (11 minutes from safety!!!!) and was remembering the equally throat cutting 3-1 from the season before.
  3. Who's going? I'm hoping it'll be a better game than the last evening game at Motherwell when we were two down after ten minutes. As the underdogs, we're bound to win :D
  4. Ditto. I was going to have a Hibbee coming with and I was damned glad they couldn't come after all if they thought I paid money to watch that crap every second week. Difficult to blame Butcher anyway when the same team last outing played a billion times better.
  5. That was a shocking display. We seemed to have ten guys who'd never met running around with ICT tops on. They just seemed completely lacking in fight and purpose, couldn't keep possession at all, and Foran in particular looked as if someone had drugged him. Airdrie will feel robbed. Thank god for Ryan Esson or who knows what the score would have been.
  6. Where do folk park for this? I had a friend who lived in Pratt St and they could barely park their own car.
  7. me hope there's going to be a few more noisy folk this game as well.
  8. Jeez, are Airdie fans so ugly they need to blank out their faces? And what on earth is this? A Nuremberg rally? Edited to add object of hatred: I despised Hamilton at every game last season. Cheating, diving, time-wasting winkers.
  9. http://www.dfctv.co.uk/ Looks like you need to pay...
  10. What 2 shocking errors? We made far more chances than Dundee - what are you on about, how could they run away with it? How was Harkins all over us? Proctor kept him out on the left wing and won most of the tackles. How can you control a game from the left wing? Proctor let him have too much space for the first goal but even then you would expect Esson to save it. Second goal was one of those scrambles after an Esson save. We had the very same thing second half after a Bullock save except Sanchez/Foran missed it. I thought we were controlling the game most of the time. Certainly in the first half. Great game of football. The first time for a long, long time, that I felt confident we would come back from behind. And no hassle from the stewards and police. Excellent day out :003: :003: And Mainz 05 beat Bayern, so all is well with world :011: (sorry Wyness101 :004: )
  11. Bl**dy hell CD, what sort of house do you live in? Talk about ruling the family with a rod of iron
  12. No, they are still a bunch of utter winkers and power crazy imbeciles. Depressing if it's going to be the same ones at Dens.
  13. Was convinced Dunfermline were going to take this in the second half, so a hell of a result Didn't think Eagle was too bad at all, he at least put in a bit of effort. Rooney needs more pace, and Sanchez, who'd I never seen before so may be missing something, I thought contributed very little. Seems far too lightweight to me. We still seem to have lost the ability to try for goal if we're more than a couple of yards out, and to needlessly pass it back and fore before someone takes a stab at it. Why can't we find strikers who aren't afraid to shoot? But other than that small gripe, a great day out. Here's hoping for many more. And Lionel easily MOTM for pure entertainment value.
  14. We MUST get these in ICT colours for Christmas... Duck
  15. Thanks for the really helpful comments everyone. I will pass everything on to my mum and see wants she wants to do. :003:
  16. I'm sure this has been asked before, but I can't find the thread... My mother, who throughout her working life was incapable of working a radio alarm clock, has decided she wants a laptop and internet access. Can anyone recommend anywhere in the Sneck or round about, where it would be possible to get a good deal, and where some of the sales assistants are over 14 years old and have some sympathy for someone who at present can barely use a mouse...
  17. And an even worse aspect of it: Meanwhile, across the water, the Tinks' 2 year old toddler kit designer goes mad with a white marker pen:
  18. I'm fairly ambivalent about the front, but I really dislike the way the bands of colour just stop when you see it from the back (presuming we're following the Degas template exactly).
  19. Bit of a problem with the Livi Harbour at the moment though...may be difficult to dock there. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...ton/8145186.stm
  20. Megabus dont go into Dunfermline Apologies, my mother comes down by bus and she obviously got confused with CityLink (she uses both).
  21. You could also try megabus, but I think you need to book in advance. Very cheap though. The Edinburgh bus should stop in Dunfermline.
