Would be a great shame after his spectacular semi final goal if it was Dave. Hope it is just a bluff, no one deserves to lose out through injury.
  5. GOOD LUCK INVERNESS CALEY THISTLE. The day has dawned, 60+ years on my wish can come true .......... excited yes and trying to ignore all my superstitions. Waiting patiently for the kick off. Would loved to have been with you lovely ICT fans but circumstances don't permit. Safe and happy journey to all of you...............enjoy our biggest ever day.
  6. If we do win and I hope ,pray and think we will then like CMiB my boyhood dream comes true, ( that is the first part of my dream ) Inverness winning the Scottish Cup, second part of my boyhood dream was winning the then Scottish First Division. Even that now seems possible. Wish all my mates of then were still alive to relish this stupendous event. Hail ! Hail ! ICT.........
  7. I was thinking the same thing, that we are the away team, anyway gutted I cannot be there and down in the dumps about it. However i will be watching every second of the game on telly dressed in blue with a touch of red, glass in hand but heart and spirit will be with the ict support. enjoy it lucky lads and lasses that are going, you will witness another great chapter in our big /wee team's history.
  8. Well done lad you got one right 1 out of 1 100p/c
  9. In the words of John Wayne.............''Yah mean yooo can Sleeeeep''
  10. Is that a Dingwall dog? He does not look very happy with the top on. She is just asking '' does my bum look all right in this ''
  11. With you all the way there Sneckboy however in Hughes we trust is the order of the day.
  12. I think our Yogi will play it cannily as usual. The game will be played much like a friendly ( on our part i. e. ) by using our strengths, supported by the heirs to the kings of our Team. Ryan Esson much too professional to be embarrassed or to lose confidence if we suffer a heavy defeat, besides he has just come back to being the Keeper he was when at his best so I wouldn't worry on that point. To put Mackay in goals might be a different matter if he was to suffer a heavy defeat or make errors then his confidence would be shaken and if he was forced to come on in the final he would be inclined to be a lot more nervous, whereas if he came on the field in the final without having that defeat he would be more inclined to play a heroes part confident in the knowledge that he is a trusted member of John Hugh's squad. However this is all hypothetical and we may well beat the Silts by five or six !!!!
  13. Should we be fortunate enough to make a good start to another season like we did this one then I am confident that crowds will continue to improve at Tulloch Stadium. Success breeds success and I'm sure the club will be rewarded accordingly, we are already renowned for playing entertaining football, our support, small it may be, is being hailed as loud but good natured and fun, success is increasing all the time so the ingredients are there to build up a really good following. Come on the Highlands come to our matches ,help build up our atmosphere and enjoy our experience.
  14. FANTASTIC WELL DESERVED RYAN
  15. Garry Warren has scored since 3 - 0
  16. Good job we have Twitter OAM giving very little interest to our game
  17. Why the fuss ?.......leave it to our management team.............They have done a marvellous job up 'till now and no doubt they will do so again. Whoever remains from our current playing squad at the end of the season deserves a crack at playing in European football..... they earned it This is our first venture so let all enjoy it, players, management and supporters.....Do not expect or demand miracles........It took us 21 years to get this far............This is bonus time for all, another piece of history and another brick in the building.... be content with cementing this one in,............... enjoy it..........and the kudos it has brought us.............no need to bankrupt the Club or even overstretch the budget........ We have the means to do things in our own modest way. Hail ICT you have done us proud....players, management, staff, supporters and special mention to Away guys/Gals and singing section.
