Normally I would have thought that refusal of the proffered punishment' if found guilty. would be a very much harsher punishment. My fingers are crossed that this will be the case and they throw the book at him, also the Club should be fined for being an accessory to an obvious breach of the rules and encouraging acts of violence.

I too am optimistic we can and should beat Raith, We can beat D utd. we can beat Septic we do have a very good side capable of beating anyone subject to fair refereeing. the omens are still good. Yes IBM Ciftchi escaped another red card today, another definite sending off committed against Scott Brown, who also sailed very close to the wind today, I foresee a few more cards totting up on both sides before we play either team....... this time something will be done if Shifty does get called up by the Compliance Officer as he has kicked out at a Celtic player..... much more serious than Karate chopping an ICT player. Thought I read on our forum some time ago that the flooding or waterlogging of our pitch was mainly down to the water table / Firth levels. If so then we could still have problems in very wet summers, June is a case in point which can be a particularly wet month. What we need is a 100% grant ( ) from the SFA or Scottish Gov. to have our pitch built on a raft similar to what was done for the commonwealth games at Hamden, after all on our current form we are aspiring world beaters who currently do not have, as yet, in Inverness, facilities suitable to host full internationals, European and world cup finals and the other great sporting events as are available in Glasgow and Edinburgh. Aberdeen can have their multimillion Culture Centres so surely a little could be done for us, the new Mecca of footballing pulchritude and excellence. O M G what a match postponement can do to me.........think I better ;have a lay down

He and D U must be laughing their heads off, a scandalous decision, I cannot believe they dismissed the evidence it was so clear to see. Can our club not appeal to a higher authority ? The incident and the decision should be reported to FIFA and highlighted to show how inept an Organisation we have at the top of our own Authority in Scotland. Shame on all of them!!!!!!!!
