I'm sure I didn't imagine it, during the commentary it was mentioned that Foran was looking the opposite way from GMS watching the ball and GMS ran into Foran there was nothing intentional on Foran's part. I think it was John Robertson who said it and he also said that it was clearly not a foul. Can someone else remember what was said and if it was JR who said it ? On the subject of the red card, It is also possible that Ciftic received another red card for the linesman incident ?.............I certainly think that the appeal is going to be thrown out and rightly so. Seems like this is a new style of Arab tactics....cheating........obviously learned from watching the sly style of play from many of the Ceptic players who Lemmon portrays as little innocents when they get caught on camera.

Well that was an excellent workout, interesting performance too from ICT, all that lacked though was finishing we really have to sharpen up on that. Doran used the narrow pitch much better than a lot of us anticipated just his final ball across was not up to his usual standard. Watkins worked hard throughout and is almost certain to become a regular starter. Graham played as a strong right back, just not as good a supplier as Raven but at least we know Graham can fill that spot satisfactorily when required. Tremarco and the rest of the defence were also sound as was the midfield to a slightly lesser extent . Oor billy didn't manage to get enough space, he was hemmed in most of the time and never really managed to make his usual impact. Ross, good running into threatening positions but hasn't really found his scoring touch yet. Foran was Foran worked hard but broke down a few of our best moves as usual unfortunately. Still he makes up for it in other ways most of the time. Pity about the lights going out as I do believe we would have got the goals in the second half. At least it saved my forecast from going completely up the spout. What happens about the yellow cards??

Well if the Referee and the assistant Referee were bamboozled by the laws of the game then :- (A) they should not have not been in charge of the game (B) they should now be excluded from controlling any other matches until such time as they have re-sat a full examination on refereeing football matches. © the match should be declared void Because of their inept behaviour, tantamount to being not fit for purpose, the match should now be replayed with competent officials in charge.

Haven't read the whole thread but what a terrific effort by Greenhalgh hitting the post from a difficult situation. nobody seems to have mentioned it. Had that gone in the net then Partick would never have got over it and we would have had a comfortable win. Bad luck Greenman your inclusion in the team for that effort alone was justified.,.Better luck next time!
