I think if he was up to mischeif once and once only he may have got away with it, as it seems to be more of a hobby than a one off mistake Im supprised he even wanted to take on the NOTW in the first place, not only will he be going to jail he will probably be made bankrupt too by the paper wanting their money back, but the paper will probably make more money from their story.

I wasn't there so cant really comment nor do I know any of the people involved but I will say. If it was a stag do they were probably well tanked up and I would also imagine that not all of them were ICT fans but went along to the game because the stag wanted them there. Just put it down to people being drunk and were trying to, get attention/impress their buddies in some strange way. Save your energy for the St Mirren game and keep your memories of the match, You know, Always believe in Munro.

Being belted at school A mock chop and chips at Renzos behind the college. Gunsmiths selling guns Your feet getting stuck to the carpet whilst dancing in the Hebridean The Columba having a great bar Having a good night out in Berties Driving down the high street One thing I don't miss (Stinging eyes from smoke, fag burns on clothes, Waking up the morning after with hair and clothes that absolutely stink of fags, any smoker would disagree with this of course, just like a fish factory worker would say they cant smell fish.) Seeing as its Christmas the words between the brackets don't exist and is just a figment of your imagination as I don't want to offend smokers at this time of year.

There have been numerous new betting accounts opened with heavier than normal betting linked to the Hearts v ICT match. An official spokes person from Bet Aware has noticed that new accounts have sprouted up in Dublin with heavy bets being placed on a Mr Adam Rooney to score a hat trick. There are also irregular betting activities around the Inverness area with Mr Duff and Mr Munro to score in the first 5 minutes in the same match followed by heavy betting with any time scores for players Tokely,Shinnie,Cox,Duncan,Hayes,Ross and Foran. The betting website suspects foul play. The full story can be found on the Bet Aware website with the following link. http://www.betterware.co.uk/

Just back from Aviemore the roads are black, no snow or slush on A9, temp about -3, traction ok, dont know what it would be like with a heavy foot on the accelerator or hard braking but only idiots drive like that in this weather. No news is good news regarding train south too. http://www.journeycheck.com/firstscotrail/

Eh? I'll give u a wee clue, CIS cup semi We might have made the CIS cup semi had Celtic not gotten six goals against us. I know its a shame we didnt score 7 goals.
-
Not very but its a cup game so who knows, If the tables were turned I'm sure we would make the effort to travel 40 miles to try as take an SPL scalp in the cup.
-
C'mon DC, Behave yourself....This is an absolutely massive fixture. Is that the same fans that turned out en masse to watch the Elgin V ICT friendly last year. Eagle scored a peach that day.

Is that part of the lyrics to a song you are currently producing for utube Miss ICT.

The ref catching David Zausa as he came sliding towards him on the pitch was the decider that night.

If you can get past all the Weegie drama queens who like to spin their tyres on the motorway in snow around Glasgow and abandon their cars you should be fine. There is more snow on the way but keep an eye on the traffic Scotland web cams should be fine though. PS you've reminded me of a time playing Killy at home when it started to snow and the ref awarded Killy a penalty due to a foul, our players protested and due to the markings in the snow being just outside the box the ref had to change his mind, we even have the snow supporting ICT up here.
-
Theres also the cancellation of the Rangers v ICT which hasn't taken place yet.

Highlanddee whats your view on 3 spl teams joining the dees in div 1, you never know you might have the dundee derby back but in spl 2.
-
The next time you feel like you might get a hat trick Grande cajoles can you pm me, it'll be worth a punt and I'll put the winnings towards dancing lessons for Johnny Hayes. 1 game from undefeated on the road in 2010

I enjoyed watching him play for ICT, I also enjoyed watching his breif spell in the european cup on tv, even though I was getting choked to death at the time by numerous mopeds passing by whilst sitting outside a cafe in Sorrento. I think we may well have a few more current/ex ICT players to support whilst playing for their country in the years to come.
-
Thanks for the heads up, I'm pretty pleased with that, I was thinking the 1st would have been a bit of a struggle with a hangover. Has the supporters bus got an email address.

Why does the man from st monte say yes, does st mirren have delusions of grandure, why are they on the board looking back over the last few seasons if it was to come in to effect that year, the teams in 11 and 12 would be removed,10 relegated and 9 and 8 involved in play offs Year-----Removed-------------relegated----------playoffs 10--Falkirk,Killy-----------St Mirren-------Aberdeen--ST Johnstone 9---ICT, St Mirren----------Falkirk---------Hamilton--Killy 8--Gretna,Killy-------------St Mirren-------ICT--Hearts 7--Dunfermiline,St Mirren---Motherwell------United--ICT 04--Partick,Aberdeen--------Killy------------Livvy --Hibs 03--Well,United--------------Partick--------Livvy--Aberdeen 02--St Johnstone,Well-------Hibs------------Dundee-Dunfermiline As you can see no one is immune from a bad season, if they want to improve Scottish football, I dont think some clubs can ride the storm of not only relegation but failure to bounce back up within 2 years, so I assume the entertainment is supposed to come from doing all that you can from stopping your club from hitting the wall. Will board members resign after all less clubs need less people running it, I would suggest a marathon, the slowest get kicked out, what do you mean you need the money, bye bye.

I was getting more concerned with the fees than the fine. I guess he will have to pay for some flights to Switzerland too. I would say the best legal team won.
-
Just for the sake of clarity are you saying initially have a league of 20, play 19 games and then split mid season to become SPL 1 and 2 and play a further 18 games 37 in total. or Have spl 1 and 2 with 10 teams each and have 2 seasons in a year so the cup gets lifted twice and so a team could be promoted in May and relegated in December I think all this is more to do with Scotlands ranking and how it affects the best in the European cups, earlier start, more match sharpness, winter break may tie in with the champions league game, less teams means in theory playing against better quality opposition more frequently, relegation virtually impossible for the top 2 and a mini Rangers and Celtic in the lower leagues, this all seems to suit the old firm very well.
-
I would imagine any club with less than 5000 home fans will vote against, even the mid sized clubs aren't immune from relegation, United have been very close a few years ago and look where Hibs and Aberdeen are currently sitting there could be no buffer for them in a few years and it would be a sad, sad, day, saying good bye to 3 SPL teams in the same year no matter how much money is put on the table. 2 teams are also getting kicked out of the current 1st division.
-
As it stands I agree totally with CD. Assuming this went ahead and two SPL's are created does the second one get television rights and TV monies? Will the other teams get a fair share or will the current system of pandering to the OF continue? Smith moaned yesterday that having a small squad and having to play in europe took a lot out of his team so if they cant afford a bigger squad then surely less games would be a better option. Rangers could always exclude themselves from certain cups if they are a wee bit tired, but its tough s##t as far as Im concerned, If they want to try and win 3 cups this year and have a good run in europe for extra money, then its more games AND more cash for them, they cant have it both ways, they must have some youngsters that could pull on a jersey for them, instead of using the same overpaid cheats all the time.
