  1. Hope this is the first cap of many, I almost went along to this game but went to see AHA instead
  2. ---------Ryan octopus esson The interceptor, Superman, The Rock, Junior ------The General, Van Morrison. Johnny whizz-----------------Rocket Ross ----------Flash Eric ------------Grande Balls
  3. I'm wearing my away top to home games
  4. Would be fantastic to not lose away from home in a whole year but to lose only 1 game a year is acceptable (but thats plan b)
  5. There are people working away trying to get this up and running as soon as possible. I believe it to be in it's final stages of the legal and technical stuff, so while I can't yet give you a date I hope it will be very long. The club are very aware of the invonvenience, not to mention the lack of revenue, so fingers crossed it's available with plenty time to provide a Christmas service. DIV1309 - Orders arriving daily at the moment. We now have most sizes of Adult home tops, some bits and bobs for the kids, beannie hats etc. As I say I am still awaiting a few deliveries. Thats great news Caley shop, are there any ICT fishing rods available to buy as I would like to give it to Dougal for Xmas
  6. Thinking of the forces, do we have many Raf fans from Lossie/ Kinloss posting on here or going to the games. It would be good to get the Highlanders back home again but its a shame if its at the expense of the RAF
  7. Wonder if they both applied.(craig and derek)
  8. There used to be a far greater following of female fans but the numbers dwindled when David Bingham left.
  9. Competition for Take my heart Your my Bread when I'm Hungry Your my Shelter from troubled Winds Your my Anchor in lifes Ocean But Most Of All Your My Best Friend
  10. dont just assume that Aberdeen pay well, McGhees hanging on in there as they dont have the cash to push him out, He would always talk up Motherwell but I would say he has seemed more disspondant since his arrival in Aberdeen as he didnt have the cash to spent that he assumed he would.
  11. Noisy vocal fans can only have a positive effect on the team and also makes the day out more enjoyable. I also think it mentally drains the opposition as they can only wish their fans were as good. Making the North stand higher and deeper, even if its only in the central third would improve the accoustics, its easy to add to noise thats being generated directly behind you anyone will sing then, but put someone only 5 or 6 along from noisy fans and they start becoming too self aware to make some noise themselves. Im sure the newly created extra floor space below could be put to good use too.
  12. Still looking forward to the Aberdeen game after watching the highlights http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/scot_prem/9165262.stm If it wasnt for that fluke goal we would still be in 6th poition anyway but only 1 point would have separated 3,4,5 and 6th position
  13. Of course, ive got one in my house too.
  14. Sorry but that means what? Break it down we beat Dundee utd (3rd place and cup winners) drew with Rangers (league winners). The home form is a poor reflection on the away form and we need to sort it out asap Your dead right I've had a wee think about this and your right, we should have beaten Hamilton,ST Johnstone and Well at home, which would have put us 5 points clear in third spot but even thats rubbish, were never going to win the champions league at this rate
  15. Channel 4 would like to inform you that a new series of Faking it will be broadcast early December. We would have liked to give the entrants the usual 2 weeks and expert guideance but unfortuneately due to cut backs we are just giving them uniforms and fake id. I'm sure you will find it great viewing. Episode 1- meet Dave, hes a milkman and is going to perform neurosurgery at Mayday hospital, tune in and find out how he gets on. The following week we will be faking it with a linesman at a Inverness Caledonian Thistle v Motherwell, football match.
  16. To break that down we have been beaten at home by Celtic(champions league contenders)Hearts and Motherwell(contenders for the European spot) and Hamilton- even it the kitchen sink was a sub we would have thrown that at them as well, supprised we didnt score that day. Motherwell have got some pretty good players and it just goes to show that our players have to work really hard and then some more to stay in the top half of the table and the starting 11. I think slack passing let us down on Saturday but I still had a genuine belief that we could score before the final whistle. How often can ICT take off a couple of our regular players bring on a couple of youngsters and improve the team performance.
  17. I was thinking of Pitoddrie.
  18. Never mind the Manager of the month being a curse( dont believe in that anyway) Sticking up for officials seemed to put the kiss of death on it, should of called them a bunch of (cant get the emoticon to display),I'll give you a clue, how does a one armed man do the hand jive?
  19. Are many planning this one,I think I'll try for an overnighter in Aberdeenshire and see our unbeaten away record continue. We have some great players and if the right team is picked for the night, 9-0.
  20. I looked at the number of Dougals posts and seeing as its sitting at around 25 I thought it was a reasonable enough question, If it was a lot more then someone would be taking the wee wee.
  21. In an ideal world I think ICT would love to have a shop in the town but I dont think that there is enough volume of sales to warrant it. Can anyone tell me if other SPL clubs with the same size of support have footy shops in their town or is it mainly club based. One thing that the club should be doing though is getting their online shop up and running especially with christmas looming. I dont understand why they dont just give 5% off(on top of 10% off for st holders) at the club shop during November, there isnt as much cash out there of late and at least the item is in the bag instead of still on the shopping list for christmas, I'm sure Santa would like a 5% discount too.
  22. You were in the toilet with Craig Brewster...surely there is another story in there you're not telling!!
  23. Are they all females tm4tj The story reminds me of when a paraglider landed in my back garden. I built him a pen but had to lock it when he came round as the mischevious wee thing would keep trying to escape.
  24. He made me laugh a couple of months back, I was in the toilets in Jonny foxes and he got caught trying to pinch the toilet attendants pump action soap, so I dont know if he was actually trying to steal the soap and got found out or if he was just trying to wind up the attendant. I personally think it was just a wee joke as I cant understand why anyone linked to County would have any need for that kind of thing.
  25. I would say the tables have turned and that we are actually at an advantage to other teams in the central belt.Due to the distance, I would say that ICT has become the first team and the OF come second to converted OF fans whether that is from being converted by watching regular local footy or from kids following the stronger influence, being their pals supporting the local team, as opposed to the team of their parents. In the central belt,I dont think there would be that strong an influence to support Hamilton for example when Celtic park is only a few miles away Locally a lot of people support the OF but that doesnt mean they go to matches, it may only go as far as watching them on tv or getting a new top for christmas
