  1. Now I know why Killy are low in numbers theyr'e training for another job. http://www.bcs.org/server.php?show=ConWebDoc.10652
  2. Well said Sophia. I was going to say more or less the same but you have used more syllables than I would have.
  3. I think the boo boys,I mean children, should only slag off the goalie for 45 mins and if you don't know which is the home or away goalie just ask someone next to you. Any player who plays well in the reserves deserves to be involved in the first team. Why not watch a reserves game and practice cheering.
  4. I was at the hospitality for the last DDU game, prior to Brewsters arrival and who was there, Shearer? and I'm sure Buckie were playing that day? he must be missing us. Anyone could be appointed though, has Alan Shearer been asked yet? I'm sure he would have a few contacts.
  5. OK I was only 11 ! That's why I put a question mark next to Fiat. But Midmills College WAS Culloden Academy for a couple of years as the academy in Culloden was still being built. I can remember Midmills being the IRA, but don't ever recall it being Culloden Academy. Mr Bannerman, can you help? ?????I didn't actually expect anyone to question the name of the school I went to. Yes it used to be the IRA but it wasn't when I went there. But of course some people know best. Children from Culloden,Smithton,Balloch,Ardersier,Sunnyside and Westhill went there by bus, apologies to any areas missed out. But lets get back to the topic 'Garages', next someone is going to tell me that Gunsmiths didn't sell guns.
  6. Cheer up Parky, I've got a bottle of Strathmore Spring fancy doing a bit of skipping?

  8. There was also the Fiat? garage, where JJB sport is,Academy st. We used to cut through there for a game of footy at the spectrum centre during school dinner break, that was when Culloden Academy was at the top of Stephens brae
  9. I remember the two late goals against Falkirk that win made my night and how well he played a few weeks after, He played like Don Cowie does now, appreciating the fact that he is now in the SPL. I also remember players frequently pinching the the ball off of him when he's looking for someone to pass to. If Rankin played week in week out then I would be able to judge him on only 90 minutes of football a fortnight. I would imagine a Manager is going to spent a far greater time than I do assessing the players day in day out, so he obviously knows far more than I do. So I'm going to leave it to Brewster to pick the team! If its to do with antics of the park, then would imagine that more will be revealed in due course when Rankin is away and by then is would be old news. Come on ICT {and the management} !!! I'm looking forward to conceding less goals.
  10. Smith and Jones, packed. We went to foxes first good atmosphere but couldn't see the TV,we went back there after the match, it was deserted and heard that the TV had packed in at 5.15 !
  11. I have removed my earlier quote as I would not like to offend all users of PCs. So lets get back to slagging off the players as that seems OK.
  12. Sounds like a good idea for extra revenue, especially if they try and flog it to people with ancestral ties to the Highlands, ie Canada and America, I'm sure they would love to to say they own a part of our club. I'm not sure what they would own though as Ive lost track of who owns the land, the stands, the club and the team, maybe someone could enlighten me. Will the reply use the words council, trust, tullochs, david sutherland and shareholders,
  13. I didn't get soaked and also won a tenner on the lottery!
  14. I know this doesn't really seem relevant, but today there were 3 speed camera vans on the A96 between Huntly and Inverurie. Has the average speed trap begun? Keep this in the back of your mind if your lucky enough to be going to Glasgow on Saturday.
  15. What would be a great present for someone, A half season ticket? Hospitality package? Or you could tell someone you have a brick for them and it's got their name on it.
  16. Discipline seems to be a big problem. We did seem to have the most bias ref, I think I have ever seen but When you look back to Engerlands crucial try in the rugby final, which wasn't allowed,They just got on with it and remained focused on the game, no tantrums. There could easily have been more sent off against Motherwell. Anyway big match on Saturday and then 3 points closer to St Mirren the week after.
  17. 1- New fans in the transfor window. 2- Free alcohol or laughing gas to loosen up the fans. 3- A team with true fighting spirit that reminds their supporters why they're so proud to be ICT fans.
  18. When you look at other sports, snooker or tennis or golf for instance to win a trophy you need a high level of consistency and the higher the level you play at, you look for consistent perfection. We have players who are very skilled and more than a match for any team but it is the inconsistent moments that punish us. When Brewster arrived he only had a couple of days to strengthen up the squad during the transfer window.I say give him a chance and wait and see from January onwards. As a manager do you publicly slag off your team and not talk to your players like Calderwood or do you look for positives to try and lift the players like Hughes. It was obvious that the bias ref was gunning for Bayne and to see him back on after half time was surprising I overheard someone say that he is two challenges from a sending off, unfortunately he was right. It was good to see the spirit and the determination back in the team when down to 9 men I hope this can be carried on to the St Mirren match, should be a good game, with Mcguire,Proctor and Niculae in the starting 11.
  19. Disappointed that this idea has died so quickly, with only one being printed off for the Motherwell match,This one had some great pictures included too ! If the poster was produced at the printers it would look fantastic. But it isn't, my printer ran out half way through printing the second one, that included a picture and the quality was too poor to display anyway. Might be more successfull just modifying the very first one for each game.
  20. I wouldn't worry too much about maps I'm sure stolen satnavs are very cheap in Motherwell.
  21. But I remember a home game in Aberdire against Hearts with Robbo as their leader, He looked absolutely miserable at the end of the match as he had failed to beat ICT with his continued long ball tactics.
  22. Its a pity the police don't give a bit more info to the public,as any insignificant piece of info may become really important to the case.
  23. I've also heard that the Nip Inn is close to getting a Michelene Star, a great place to go if you want to make an impression on a woman.
