Conditions yesterday made the game a leveller and as already pointed out not a day for tippy tap football as I have never seen a snowplough clearing a pitch half way through a game! . Problem is Doran doesn't give you 90 mins and Williams does . Doran at times means we are only playing with 10 men but he can ,when he is in the mood ,turn a game and it tends to be the big ones . However we could have 2 players for the wages Doran is reputed to be on

Because he will still be a Swindon player and they will want a transfer fee and Swindon will not care about Storeys salary . They have the option to keep him at the end of the season

Behind Storey and threading passes through to his younger quicker striking partner the very thought excites me . Also may get a few tic fans to come along as he was a bit of a cult figure at parkhead for a while so bigger names and bigger crowd ( I wish)

Hopefully Horners disappearance is permanent. lopez, silva and Horners wages would allow a decent player to come in - possibly becoming our highest paid player

Agree but if he performs until the end of the season he might be worth a transfer fee. If Swindon do not want him then £50 k fee may do it . As we climb the football rankings there will be a time we have to pay for quality

stokes is like griffiths and riordan they have to be managed correctly. When Hughes took him from Arsenal it looked like a disaster waiting to happen and look what happened . Stokes has a respect for Hughes and I am sure Penny Cameron will not be throwing money about willy nilly . 4 months with a previously £5m rated player sounds like a no brainer as we would have our very own SAS hit squad.Stokes and Storey

Will Miles have his last game for us v Stirling if no extension is agreed before then as I thought his loan deal expires 2 week of January. Cmon Yogi get rid of some of the diddies and at least extend Miles loan and by the way what have you got against Roberts .

Looks like a more serious injury than first thought if the rumours are correct we may lose him for a couple of months

Draper and meekings both injured . Draper unlikely to be back before 2 nd . Horner is a Hughes favourite having signed him as a kid . mutombo is also a waste of space shilva is a better footballer but where is the start of season hope Roberts? Raven might not have won us the game today but chances are we would not have lost 2 goals through that side. Hayes will make a complete **** of Horner next week bring back Dave the rave .

"Weakness is contracts" they had foresight to have an option to extend Chrities contract otherwise he would have left for nothing in January they had foresight to have a compensation clause in John Hughes contract D Utd cannot even speak to Jh until May 2016 unless club allows it we now know Mackay, Shinnie,Watkins were all offered contract extensions but refused them where is the weakness?? unless of course you mean they didn't offer enough money - now that is another matter such as how much can Ictfc afford to pay players ?

if that is true combined with the rumours that the guy in the dugout is an on loan striker and another arrived today and a further striker due in on Monday we will shortly be awash with strikers ! With our club that is a distinct possibility

Do people not believe Roy MacGregor is a multi millionaire and regularly supports county with a 7 figure sum . Last year he wrote off 1 million . Previous year funded the relaying of the pitch to tune of 400 k. Ask anyone in the know at county and they will confirm that . With 1m extra for Ictfc every year what a team we would have .regretfully we can only continue to support and enjoy our " wee team" until a seriously ex pat multi millionaire football fanatic comes along

regretfully I think you are referring to when a player has a career ending injury he is insured through the PFA. i doubt ICTFC can afford to insure against wages so reality is we will be paying his wages whilst he is injured as footballers contracts are not like normal employment contracts that you and I sign up for!
