Contract Situation
Three reasons we are unable to sign up players on long term deals :- Agents, Agents, Agents !

Greg Tansey
Regardless Macinnes must have known he didn't have ICTFC permission to talk to anyone . Playing the daft laddie doesn't wash

Any club talking to an agent or a player who is signed by another club without the holding clubs permission means they are "tapping" which is illegal Macinnes owes ICTFC an apology Aberdeen were in the wrong !

Greg Tansey
If ICT had acted illegally to stop Tansey speaking to them then no personal terms could have been agreed and Aberdeen had no agreement with the player. However if Aberdeen had already agreed terms then that is tapping a player which is illegal. Aberdeen required ICTs agreement to speak to the player yet they appear to agree that they spoke to the player meaning they did so without the proper consent .Maybe they should be careful what they wish for in asking for an inquiry doth they not protest too much!!!

January transfer window.
Quinn leaves Aberdeen for county, Goodwillie bails out and Tansey doesn't fancy the Dandy Dons just maybe something brewing with the sheep behind the scenes !!

January transfer window.
Suspect he was the one calling it off

Banning young team from busses
Never good when someone becomes Judge and Jury on any issue!

January transfer window.
Sounds like it was never on or it was some dodgy deal coming out of Aberdeen . Whatever he is apparently with us until at least end of season . Perhaps initial posts that the club had failed the supporters were unfounded.

Top Ref complains.
Good point Kingsmills I reckon they get paid for 1 match what our average wage per player is earning in a week !

No need for USH on plastic pitches just a saline wash if there has been a frost . Biggest issue with plastic pitches is snow but you would have to question that after the Killie game- Risky Strategy
Do the management have control over what our manager says to the press - I doubt it judging by some of his outbursts re playing budgets ,talking to D Utd etc- Pay What You Can

If these outlets are franchised out the club get a lump sum upfront and have no control over price, quality or delivery. if the price and quality is to improve the club need to run the outlets !- Inverness CT -V- Partick Th
Whilst Storey is a great find he is not an out and out striker as he obviously likes going wide. If Fisher had come through perhaps that triumvirate of storey wide ,fisher through the centre and Vincent coming from deep would have worked but yet again this season injuries dictate the set up and shape .Hughes does not have the choice! Looks like another striker needed before the end of the month failing which it is a bottom 6 but hopefully well clear of relegation !- Inverness CT -V- Partick Th

Storey for me followed by Draper- Pay What You Can
This pay what you want appears to add 10% to the crowd for the games selected. Regretfully the twice we have tried it the team have been woeful so we get no real spin off for future games. However if we do not try different proposals we will never get back to the heady days of 4000 + for average games !- Risky Strategy
Not Garry Warren that's for certain Captain courageous!- Highland Hospice share transfer
If they buy them all they will get a seat on the board and a reserved seat in the main stand so possibly no!!- Team News - Injuries and Suspensions etc
Bad knee injury about 5 weeks ago was to be out for 6 to8 weeks so 2 or 3 weeks still to go- Highland Hospice share transfer
Companies house indicates Richard Smith (Muirfield mills) has been director and trust company secretary for a number of years but that aside I agree Charles it would not make sense to give away what they had insisted on before becoming involved and the fact that scotlog+catto = 19% is the most obvious link . Not that it really matters as there is no benefit to the club financially until we find out who will be the next big player for the club going forward. - Team for Hearts
