Barcelona like to concede a nice early penalty as it encourages their free flowing passing game.

If you have an iphone you can press on the posters' post and it will come up with the option to quote them. Did I learn something from posting on this thread which had frankly become laborious? Yes. Thanks Iain.
-
Do I know how to quote your post and therefore continue the trend? No.

Do I think John Hughes has done a good job thus far? No. Do I think he would rather lose with his system than win with Butchers? So far Yes. Do I fear for next season? Yes. Does he say things (or is put across in the media as having said things) which have annoyed me? Yes. Do I think he'll be sacked before Christmas? No. Have our results been relegation worthy since he arrived? Yes. Do I want to see him fail? No. Do I expect him to fail? Regrettably yes. Do I hope he proves me wrong? Yes. Do I wish people would stop quoting each other and making this thread impossible to follow on my phone? Yes. Do I think doubting the manager makes you less of a supporter of the club? No.

Held the AGM of the West Midlands (Ross Draper's beard) ICT Supporters club tonight. Hoping to bump the membership up to two by the next meeting so I've someone to hand over to when I move back to Inverness this summer.

Very saddened by this news. A real gentleman of great humour and character. When I first deployed to Afghanistan he wrote and held my will entirely free of charge and had been my solicitor ever since never once willing to take a penny for his services. I saw him not two weeks ago and having taken ten minutes to conduct the business we needed to he proceeded to spend almost an hour of his clearly busy day chatting to me about a variety of subjects, he was a credit to his profession and an absolute gentleman. A true loss to the city of Inverness.

I'd attend in future with a bit more notice to arrange transport down from Birmingham.

I think it's far less SEVCO esque than the current 1980's train carpet style home strip but everyone will have their own opinions I'd also like something along the lines of this. http://www.eagles-clubshop.co.uk/content/images/thumbs/0000065_ss-home-jsy-13-14.jpeg I just hope whatever it is is bold rather then the current home top which I'm not a fan of personally.

Don't know how to post images but this shirt is outstanding. Really not a fan of our current home strip but something bold like this would tempt me to buy my first shirt for years. http://images3.newscred.com/cD05ZWE1NTA1MDI0MDQxMjJmMTdkZmU0ZDEyNGMwN2RmYiZnPTQ3NDk0MjczODEzOGFmZGI5YzgwNDQ0Y2M1MzMzYzc2?action=padding&width=640&color=f4f4f4&height=427

He's on a plane as we speak...

Happily see them relegated through the play off position, this is highly unlikely due to it being very weighted in favour of the premiership side however which I'm sure we'll be relieved about next season when we are rooted in it.

I hope he is wrapped up in a nice warm jacket and track suit trousers. I hope he stays comfortable on that bench and then has an early night in the hotel before an uneventful flight home. On a related note who are these lunatics bemoaning Shinnie not being called up for Scotland, just so he can travel to play in Poland in a pointless game, as we enter the busiest and most important part of the season. ICT > Scotland every day of the week.

As it's clearly such a contentious issue I will be sure to leave it at home In future. It wasn't any form of political statement just showing we have fans who travel from all over. I'm sure if we ever had a welsh supporters club there will be a red dragon in our end.

As one of the males having the heated discussion (the younger one for the avoidance of doubt) perhaps I should shed some clarity on the matter. The other clearly aggrieved gentleman had removed a flag without request and when asked what he was doing had stormed off like a petulant child up into the stand. I followed him and asked why he had stolen an item of property that did not belong to him. He refused to return the flag proclaiming that it was a symbol of rangers, right wing politics, racism, orangeism (sic) and nothing to do with his football team and that it was offensive to everyone there supporting Inverness. I asked if he would like to move to the side of the stand and have a reasonable conversation out of the way of those around us which he refused to do. I then asked to have our property returned as he had no right to take something belonging to another person, which he refused to do. He then proceeded to rant about how offensive the 'union jack' is in Scotland and that I was displaying the same symbol as people that were attending an SDL rally in Dundee and associating our club with such people. As a British Soldier born and bred in Inverness I have served all over the world proudly displaying the colours of and spreading the message about ICTFC. His proclamation that the union flag which I wear on my uniform every single day and have seen friends and colleagues coffins wrapped in is a symbol of racism is disgraceful and offensive. I work in England, live in Scotland, have a welsh neighbour on one side, an Irish one on the other and identify myself as British, as far as I am aware we are all still one United Kingdom the idea that you can refuse someone's personal identity because of your bigoted preconceptions is bordering on Facism. I was not taken away by stewards, I left having kept calm though out the incident despite great provocation and the stewards were asking if I would like to report the incident to the police which I refused. As to it's relevance to ICT it's red white and blue, had Inverness written across it and our team is currently managed by an Emglishman, has a Northern Ireland international up front, a largely English squad, and captained by an Irishman. We are have a multi national, multi faceted team as we do a fan base, there are scores of fans who have fallen in love with ICT having holidayed in the highlands from England or Wales so to state that we are just a highlands club or just a Scottish club or a northern club is simply wrong.

I'd like to see us sign Mark Ridgers from Hearts but I can't see it happening.

Could never miss you IHE.

The Diamanté crew were the up and coming young team out of Hilton in the early 00's all based around a shared love for Argos cubic zirconia ear studs. No exactly the Krays I have to say.

As most of you know having bounced around the globe for the past few years I'm now settled in England and look to be staying there for the foreseeable future (pending next round of MOD reshuffling). To that end I'm looking to gauge interest in linking the fans based in England/Wales and hopefully make it a bit easier/more sociable for those of us down south to get to more games. In touch with a few people via twitter and been positive feedback so far. Any interested parties feel free to contact me. Phil. The Robert Eagle Inverness SC (Name to be voted in at the AGM..)

The bottom 7 are a year + option for a second

This is practically a home game for me in comparison to the normal trek up the M6 so I'm looking forward to it. Probably bring a few mates from South east and introduce them to ICT aswell.
