  1. Like to say that Robbo is staying put, but it is a fair question, who comes after? Do we look back on previous managers, such as Yogi or Butch, or do we look for a brand new manager? My bets on Robbo's successor to be Bazza. He's done really well with the youth side, and it seems to have paid off well with the main team...
  2. We could pay him in tins of orange paint from B&Q. They might offer us a regulars discount after the 3rd week.
  3. If Clach pulled out of the initial merger talks back in 1994, I doubt they'd want to join us now...
  4. Nah, he had a tantrum about not being able to keep star players, then Raven, who was apparently leaving, pulled a sneaky one on him and stayed on after Yogi left...
  5. Can they not take Fôn Williams instead. He's a financial burden on our part, and they're looking for a goalie. It's a win win situation...
  6. Except Robbo's been better than Foran...
  7. Arsenal was our feeder club...that gave us Phillip Roberts on loan...and that's it...I say we start a feeder with Salford or some team like that. One that'd appreciate a selection of similarly level players
  8. Eh? How is nearly collapsing against Edinburgh City right at the start and turning it around to go all the way to the Semis not overachieving? I understand what you mean about the league cup, and I hate to bring it up again, but we were effectively cheated out of it after Hearts were handed a 2 point deduction. Our season went pretty well if I'm honest, fair placing, despite all the draws. This season has been far from achieving the norm...it's definitely been an overachieving season, and let's hope it continues in following ones (minus the several dozen draws at the start...and nearly bottling it to a League Two side...)
  9. I wonder if Kelty are going to do a Gretna with their new found fortune. Punch way above their belt, then go bust following their relegation from the Prem...
  10. Pretty sure people were complaining about it when Carling and Tennants sponsored the Old Firm a couple years back saying it's an influence on children and whatnot, but I don't recall any ban going out...
  11. I mean, I understand why he left, he was scheduled for transfer soon enough. But Jesus, all the way down to the Lowland League from the Championship...what happened to Airdries interest?
  12. Where are you getting Trafford and Coll's departures from?
  13. No surprise it's been all quiet on the ICT Media Front...papers always bang out the information before the club's computer even boots up...either that or they're posting the announcement via Internet Explorer...
  14. Nah. As per, their media team have been all quiet on their front, and don't release any info to the fans until last minute. But I'm sensing the kits will be released mid/late June, just ahead of our Pre-season. However, I'm hoping they pull off a one off kit of both Caledonian's and Thistle's final home kits, with the same sponsors as those kits. Maybe throwing a special limited edition 3rd kit exclusively for season ticket holders with the names of ticket holders of past to last season, kinda like what Hearts did after their saving from Liquidation. Would see it being pretty boring as a plain blue one reading "ICT 25" as the home kit...
  15. Apparently Chalmers to County is still a rumour floating around, though not sure if he's out of contract in summer...
  16. For anyone who wants to or didn't hear Robbo's opinion. Head to 20:44 on this BBC Podcast https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/p079l62l
  17. Bring in competent, non corrupt referees and we could have won...
  18. Cue post-season rant...I guess? Just trying to sound as least bitter as physically possible. This season. By god has it had it's ups and downs. We've gotten to the Semis of both the Scottish Cup and Play-offs. However, this by far has also been the worst in terms of awful officiating. Can't tell you how many times teams from all divisions in the SPFL have been screwed over majorly by horrifically corrupt refereeing, yet the spfl and UEFA stand back and let it happen. It has cost teams up and down the country titles, cup wins and even survival in leagues. This entire thing just shows why "Penalty to Rangers" has become a joke, cos it perfectly describes how oblivious to the fact referees are to how the games played. They see "fouls" against one team, yet miss blatant ones against the other. All in all a good season completely ruined by officials who don't seem to have a blues clues as to how to officiate a football match...
  19. Not going to lie, I'd do the same if I were in that situation. If the result turned out against us, he'd be blaming himself for it, got sent off and is sitting in the stands, watching the team suffer, helplessly. In that situation you just want to block out and ignore everything. I actually hope his his 8 year spell with the club doesn't come to a close with a red card, and that the boys will actually overturn the deficit.
  20. I mean...at least we have a Spanish Paella restaraunt on our side...
  21. That's where you're wrong kiddo ? Just crafted one up quickly, still need to slap in some more info though...
  22. C*unty don't need cards to be recognised as the dirtiest team in Scotland...
  23. This mean we boycott the Aquadome? #F*ckTheFlumes
  24. Yeah, I do apologise. Probably not the right wording, but it's word of mouth of my mate. I was told by him it was due to D&E not giving another bus, not that there's no drivers.
