...that's the 'crowd' at East Fife on Saturday....and they're top of the table....WTF? http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/s...v_1/6200232.stm
  2. Might as well make it a noon kick-off then and save a few shillings on the 'lectric meter... :004:
  3. Oooh feck it! :019: :019:
  4. I don't agre with any of you - I agree with Naelifts :001:
  5. Calder is a legend.... :notworthy01: How about Mike Teasdale....whatever happened to him anyway?
  6. I know where you're coming from on this but I don't get out very often these days. Its always great to get away from Coventry Nil even if the boys on the park aren't as enthusiastic as me!!! Don't worry my friend - you'll get over this period in your life and wonder what all the fuss was about... :004: :003:
  7. Quality... :015: :015: :015: :024:
  8. We're certainly not going to get the kind of end to end entertainment in the SPL that's for sure but the boys still need our support. I also miss those days of the lower leagues very much indeed - it was bullshit free and brilliant. However, we life in the now so, next Thursday evening we will head south 95 miles to London to catch the overnight sleeper train to Inverness (550 miles ?). On Saturday I will go to the game against Motherwell and I will be entertained, we'll win 6-0 and on Monday night we'll come home.
  9. To quote a quote from the Courier web site: “The players are going into the games with a lot of self-belief and they’ve been playing relatively well for eight, nine or 10 weeks now and it’s not as if we’re going into these fixtures on the back of some terrible performances — for from it.” :015: :015: Sorry! Article in full
  10. Well, whoever it is, we owe them a stuffing for what they, undeservedly, did to us at Tynecastle. Whay goes around comes around. Get it right up um ICT.
  11. :025: :025: :025: Fact is they play in Scotland and, as such, qualify as a Scottish team for the benifit of all things Euro'.
  12. ..and with 'Vale playing at home to Fraserburgh in the 2nd round that means there will be a HL team in the 3rd round. ICT v 'Vale or Fraserburgh in the 3rd round anyone?
  13. I reckon it may be just a case of Duncan doing a fine job and keeping his place.
  14. Ooops, league table I saw had them down as not winning any in the league yet this season... :024:
  15. Their first win in gawd knows how long....a 2-1 away win a Lossie. :025: :025:
  16. Aye well done Deveronvale :025: :025: The last time I saw them they got done over 10-2, at home, to some team call Inverness Caledonian Thistle....could there be a re-match on the cards??
  17. Preston Ath 2-0 Stenhousemuir FT Cowie 28 Miller 56
  18. Nothing suprises me anymore with ICT as they will always upset the odds now and again, whether good or bad. This is, no doubt, a Home banker and I have now, in effect, secured ICT at least a point by putting money on Celtic. I wouldn't put it past ICT to take all three points but it will require all the players to be 100+% on top form. Its happened before....I know...because I was there.
  19. 5428 Well done Ross County... :021: :025:

Yes, go for it Michael, see if you can outstage the mighty Jim Calder's Parkhead performance.
  21. Surely if they were in the final then they've qualified for the Scottish Cup. I thought the south qualifier worked in the same way as the north i.e if you make the semi's, then you're in the Cup.
  22. Not sure if its relevant to anyone but could be worth noting.... Road works
  23. Wow! Gulp!... :025: This too
  24. Probably the most exciting SPL ever so far as second spot is concerned. Just a shame its taken one of the OF to have a shocker of a season instead of everyone else improving....if you get my drift. ICT - 2nd on Saturday? That'd be nice.
  25. What? No Spartans! Good luck to all the Highland League sides in this years SFA Cup. Nice local derby in the 2nd round I see.
