  1. Lovell may have cost us 4 points but what about the 6 points we threw away whilst beating St Mirren (home) and Killie (home) - that may have cost us more than Mr Lovell.
  2. **** disgrace if you ask me. So managing Scotland isn't an honour anymore Mr Smith? Just another job eh? You have lost a lot of respect throughout Scotland (and England) in my opinion. As Neksor says "Can we ever find a true patriot who is not aligned to Green or Blue" I'm affraid the answer to question could well be no. Once again part of the OF think they're bigger than Scotland. Long may they continue to fall down the SPL table.
  3. But we're going to win the Cup so.whaaaaa tae Falkirk.... :004: Very interesting stat's all the same though.
  4. SFA

It's the same old story, I'm afraid, of a football contract that is not worth the paper it's written on. Personally I find disgusting that ANY football manager should find managing a club bigger than managing your own country. I think Mr Smith will loose a lot of respect from many Scots on this issue. I hope the SFA do stand firm but I can't see it happening. As Yngwie says they been 'seen to stand up to Rangers'. Money talks - yet again.
  5. You mean he actually sleeps ?????????????? :015:

  9. Who did Rangers get?... :015: :015: :015: :015:
  10. ...and their reward for this is a Home tie against Plastic Whistle so, no big pay day for them. Good draw though I suppose in terms of possible progress into the 1/4 finals.
  11. 4-0 to the good at one stage and ended up hanging on - but, aye, well done to the 'Vale. First HL side to reach the 4th round since.....erm.......a while ago, I think. Knew I'd find it.... Last HL side to reach the 4th round of the Scottish Cup were Hunly (v Airdrie) and Caley (v St Johnstone) in the 1991/92 season. Both got knocked out but Caley took St J to a replay.

Whoever they are Jock, I don't think much to their groundsman... :004:
  13. When I went to the Walsall v Torquay match a few weeks ago their HT entertainment was very enjoyable and, perhaps, something ICT could do. What they did was to go around the crowd prior to the HT whistle and select a few kids from both sets of supporters to take part in a beat the goalie contest with the clubs mascot in goal. They gathered the kids in the centre circle and they had to run with the ball from the halfway line to try and score. I think there were some small prizes for those that scored.
  14. How about we get IHE to dress up in a Bulldog suit and chace that ruddy ICat thing around a bit. :015:
  15. Maybe CC should show the boys this (below) on the bus on the way down... Stirling thrashed.
  16. First and only time I've been to Forthbank was back in 1996 when we down 3-1 in the League Cup . We we're 3rd div at the time and they were 2nd (I think). No doubt that this fixture will be equally as difficult for ICT despite the differance in league positions - as we all know it counts for nothing in the TCS. I just hope ICT have the right frame of mind for this fixture and don't do an 'Ayr' or even worse a 'Partick'.
  17. ....which means the winner was scored at the 'away' end...how sweet. :015: :015:
  18. Have just finished updating my neglected web-site. There are a few more trip reports and my full* attendance record to date. So, if you get bored over Christmas you could pop in for a squint. Highland March 'match reports' are all on there too now - including HM4. * As full a list as I can find/remember. There may be one or two missing but, at the time of press, its the definative list Mrs. With thanks to The Mantis for supplying me with some missing scores / dates You're 'aving a laff ain't ya?
  19. For those heading up for the Killie game by rail from the central belt - be aware of travel problems on the rails between Perth and Inverness. Other central belt areas also affected. For the latest rail news check out the link below. Latest Rail Info'
  20. Great article, well done to all involved in bringing this to us especially the chairman for his time, effort and enthusiasm. :021: :021:
  21. Just what the football supporter needs over the festive season - ticket hassles through the post.... :024:
  22. You can't image what images that thought brings to your eyes.....
  23. Sorry RiG, I just can't find any good things about Saturday. Worked the 12 hr night shift, didn't win on the footy coupon (again) and they picked out the wrong lotto numbers.....oh yes, and my team lost 3-1... :019:
  24. I hate it when players start gobbing off to the press - it leaves a feeling of unrest in the ranks (maybe there are?) On Saturday's evidence none of the forwards were getting a good enough service from the rest of the team to put them in that goalscoring situation. The training really needs to concentrate on the passing game because, quite frankly, we are a shite at that side of the game. I thought Darg's did quite well with what he was supplied with on Saturday.
