  1. not bad - just got the venue of the final game wrong .... now if only I could predict the outcomes, I could rest easy. Its going to be a nervy 6 weeks. 1-2 1-0 1-0 1-1 2-0
  2. So everyone has plenty time to get to Drumossie for the Ball
  3. Motherwell Inverness Kilmarnock Falkirk St Mirren Hamilton
  4. Guess I got those predictions wrong then....................well apart from Well. 5. Bottom half sorted now. Motherwell, St Mirren, Hamilton, Killie, Inverness and Falkirk. Fixture people should be in a position to have it all sorted today.
  6. The following is a quote taken from a pre-match report written by a very knowledgable soul with a lifetimes experience in communications: Lionel Djebi-Zadi. The man of mystery could prove to be influential in some capacity. It depends which side of the fan club you are on, but big Lionel has been described by some in many different ways. He is nothing short of entertaining. The home crowd doesn?t know what to expect from Lionel, and if it?s any help, I?m not sure he does either. Bombscare or bombastic, liability or ability, hideous or genius, or just an accident waiting to happen. He gets it all but Terry Butcher has shown faith in Lionel since he came here and his strength, speed and aerial presence could play a big factor in this one as we aim to keep a clean sheet, something we have not done often enough this season. He can also add a bit of weight to our attack with some rampaging runs down the flank and his crossing is more effective than his predecessor. Let?s hope he keeps us on the edge of our seats for all the right reasons. Full preview can be read on the home page of this site.
  7. Could we cope with the penalties every time they picked the ball up though
  8. Get of his back and judge him when he gets proper service
  9. Its meant to be both really, stop whinging about ICT and if you cant stop whinging, go on other sites with your with your negativity and spread your bad vibes to other clubs. Yep, I understand that but......................................................we aint playing Falkirk tomorrow.
  10. In his season long loan with us Zibi started twice. Unfortunately his first start was the Aberdeen game where he made one howler of a mistake. One mistake that everyone remembers. I challenge you all to remember the mistakes of all the keepers who played for ICT. I#ll wager thay all made more than one howler.
  11. Guy's and girls....please keep the thread on topic and stop bitching.
  12. If this is a stop whinging at ICT thread then so be it. If its a debate on the fan sites of Falkirk then please take it elsewhere.
  13. When players get released do the club give them money to buy out there contract??? or something like that He may have been paid the remainder of his contract. I dont know. I just remember he was told he was free to find another team and that his contract would not be up for renewal. From what I hear he's doing well where he is now.
  14. Rory was released from his contract in January.
  15. Alex MacLeod replied to CaleyD's topic in Caley Thistle
I think Setanta paid out too much down south for the expected returns. Dont think too many down there took up the Setanta package. Sky's been established for too long. I also think there was an expectation of more joint ventures with Virgin Media but that is on hold till the Virgin banking committments have stabilised again.
  16. Some of the best 'attack from the back' memories from past seasons have been down the right with Rossco and Dods at the back and Wilson with Hart inside him. Loads of control, loads of overlap, playing the width of the pitch then a good cross in and Dargo or Wyness on the end of it. Get that sort of plays going again and Barrowman could easily be the new Dargo.
  17. I think John has a lot more sense than to take such a job. Methil................Lose a game....................get lynched Liberia...............Lose a game....................get shot. Besides his girlfriend wouldn't like the place............................................................. ............too many fifers.
  18. Shows just how different people can take different views from the same statement. What I read is: Lionel is presented the award by one of his fans who voted for him. Knowhere does it say the fan voted because his company sponsor the lad. What Calum Grant does say is he was really pleased to be chosen to present the award because Lionel deserves it and because his company sponsor him. Anyway, well done Lionel
  19. What we need is for our defenders and midfielders to get back to playing football. Being able to hold the ball and play it. Not just players with pace but playing with pace. Using the wings. Accurate passing. Running into space. Creating space for others. Be confident to look around them and see whats going on instead of panicking when the ball comes to them. Get all that right and the Barrowmans will score goals. We need to grab games and control them.
  20. My prediction for the split is May 2nd ------Killie----------Away May 9th -------Falkirk-------Home May 13th------Motherwell---Away May 16th------Hamilton----Home May 23rd-----St Mirren----Away
  21. A couple of changes needed to show certain players they dont have a right to start. Esson Tokely Pavels Gattheussi Zadi Morais Duncan Kerr Black Foran Barrowman
  22. He is quick and a good prospect but not 6'5". He's a bit of a midget - around 5'7" or so and I don't think he's any better than Odhiambo, Imrie etc. A better prospect in my view is Curtis Allen of Lisburn Distillery. Only 20 and is joint top scorer in the league -He's also brilliant from set pieces and would be a cheaper option. Cant argue about his hieght. Got that of Wiki.
  23. Its a very fitting tribute and David Sutherland was right. The supporters do wholeheartedly back the proposal. It was debated on this site for boardroom banter and Jock was the popular suggestion at the time. Nice to see the club taking onboard the suggestions of the support
  24. One I watched tonight is Centre forward Mark McAllister of Linfield in the Irish League. Quick, strong and 6' 5" tall. And hes just about 21. On a part time contract at Linfield.
  25. Sorry, never noticed that
