    Proper coaching
  2. Killie team likely travelled yesterday. Roads are all open though not very good at Slochd. Passable with care.
  3. I'll match you bid..................................................but I dont know yet if I'll be up so you need to record and post. Thanks Alex. Thats ?500 for charity for full blast Monster as the teams walk on. The place would be rocking!!!!!!!!!!! Knowing my luck your the feckin DJ. Very cynical. Would fancy a go tho! I am right up for the donation to a good cause tho! Negotiable but my suggestion is Highland Hospice.

  5. Do you still get Little Chefs? Think so but it is an old map tho! Used to be well known landmarks. In 1980 the only 2 structures that could be seen from space were The Great Wall of Chine and The Little Chef in Spean Bridge. It only arrived after I left the area. Never reached Roy Bridge though

  7. Apologies after checking it would seem I was wrong, however the map you used Alex is based on the Scottish Clan map, I was basing mine on geological maps. The boundary fault line lies a fair bit further south than I remembered stretching from Helensburgh to Stonehaven. See here. EDIT looking at it again it would seem that Perth is indeed South of the Highland Boundary Fault, Inverness however is North of it. Wiki is written by numpties like us
  8. Off topic maybe but fun banter. The kind we used to have....................................................pre Brew.
  9. Incidently, if the fault line you refer to is the Great Glen then Inverness actually sits south of this so must be in the lowlands.
  10. Guys, if you know you geography you'll know that Perth falls within the highland bounbary as can be seen HERE I know the chosen map isn't clear but Perth is right on the highland boundary and Dunkeld is west and north and well within the boundary.
  11. I get the impression you're not a highlander DRAGAN. Cos if you were you'd know that 'Take the High Road' was a central belt programme. I am a born and bred highlander and caley jags until I die. The tune you are going on about was written by a born and bred lowlander. Get your facts right before you start questioning my proud highland heritage. I just dont want to be involved with all that gringy caledonia homecoming crap. Maybe you should get your facts right. Dougie MacLean was born and brought up in Butterstone and Dunkeld. Sixteen miles north of Perth. PERTH Gateway to the highlands

  13. Having gone through all the posts in this thread it seems to me you might be the only one in the pie queue.
  14. It can be sung quicker.
  15. I suggested this one before mate, though I had 'thistle' in instead of jags. Trouble is its quite a difficult song to sing as a crowd. Oh and I had slightly different words. I don't know if you can see The passion that has come over me Since 94 I've been afraid That it would die away But I've been supporting, singing, shouting Trying to help the team to play And thats the reason I believe Success is on its way So let me tell you that I love you And I think about you all the time Caley Thistle you're calling me And now I'm calling you I could never be a stranger You know it would make me more than sad Caley Thistle's been everything I've ever had.
  16. Well instead of talking why not act. When your listening to the sweet music of your engines try and put some chants together that reflect ICT.
  17. The Hokey Cokey, surely? Oh, no, that's a nasty song too. Ho hum. The Hokey Cokey is not bigoted or sectarian it was written about the way Canadian soldiers danced in London dance halls during the second world war. something to do with ice cream. The dance moves were based on Canadian soldiers dance styles. Wikipedia Hokey Cokey Letter to the "Times" from Hokey Cokey writer's grandson. Times article. So those paranoid Celtic fans can go look for another sectarian conspiracy now. Exactly. Any nasty implications for 'Highland Cathedral' or is that one safe? Wellllllllll it was written by a german
  18. Perhaps Flybe dont do the route they needed to get here.

Bet the ferry passengers dont get the same level of assistance as you dish out to visitors to Inverness.
  20. Fernandez was suspended for two SPL matches. McArthur was suspended for one Scottish cup match. Incidently Black is suspended for one SPL game so thats him unavailable for DU

  22. Dont know who called the meeting but I think people have realised how much the fans play a part in success. They also want to get back to the days when it was good to communicate.

Dont think you need to worry mate. Only the English that cant cope with an inch of snow. Forecast is ok for the weekend.
  24. Going by what Butcher said to fans last night I would expect to see exactly the same team as played Celtic. So I hope to hell this is the week Barrowman scores.
  25. Read all about it here
