Ictfc Official Bebo Page
No no it just shows that Tabs loves Bebo. On the point of communication it always amazes me the number of questions that get asked on this site when the answer is already on ictfc.com

Dougie Imrie
I think Dougie is at his best when he has freedom of the park, as he seemed to on sunday. He covered every inch of that ground. I dont think he's an out and out striker but he can play in behind them.

Highlanders Or Mercenaries?
We do have some players in our squad who came through from the youth setup. We also have some we brought in as youngsters and who have done well to hold first team places. One's that come to mind are Fraser, Tokely, Munro, Gillespie, Wood, Duff, Vigurs. Where did McBain come from? Among our youths and U-19's we have some very good players who, if they apply themselves well, will come into the first team squad. Considering our club and our whole youth setup hasn't been in place for very long I think we do quite well.

"Jobs for the boys"
At the end of the day I prefer to see those with the club at heart doing the work and I hope maybe there could be a job for another 'boy' who tokk this club to his heart. He's only on a short term contract at QoS

Loads Of Noise!
Quite right Alex, but I'm not even talking about singing, just shouting "Come on Inverness" gets you some funny looks. The Celtic game was the first time for ages I've gone home hoarse, but I went home hoarse and feeling like I'd done something wrong shouting for my team. It's a shame. When I shout and scream the same its usually opposition fans who turn and glare............then they remember what stand there in.

Celtic Fan Gets One Year Ban
I'm not saying the subject is boring. I'm saying bringing it up each time the OF come to town is becoming boring. If you want to read through all the past debate then HERE's A GOOD PLACE TO START Oh! I never go into the betting forum.

Loads Of Noise!
everyone nos that theres swearing at football games if they dont like it they shouldnt be there And if they weren't there there'd be 20 home fans in the stadium. Yes we all know we'll swear or hear swearing. thats not the objection. The objection is the sort of example I gave earlier.

Loads Of Noise!
A lot of those people you's refer to are not against the singing. What they are against is 20 verses of 'Boruc is a w****r'. Sing the songs without the abuse and the wee old men and wifies will enjoy it.

Celtic Fan Gets One Year Ban
Starchief this is a subject thats debated every time the OF come to town and, to be honest, it is becoming very boring now.

Celtic Fan Gets One Year Ban
Without getting into the whole sectarian arguement and I hope to see more of the same punishments for both sides but, if you's read the story you'll see, first, he wasn't singing wrong songs. He shouted out F*****g orange B*****d whilst others were singing 'if you hate Terry Butcher'. Second, he was wearing his top in court because they'd banged him up for the weekend and he had nothing else to wear.

The Job For Brew
Brewster was very keen on fitness but I dont think he done much in the way of coaching it. In his first spell he brought in a physio to do it and second time around I think it was left to the staff at JJB
-
Reserves
were beaten 2-0 today at Killie. Team was: Fraser Scott-Woodhouse, Duff, Finnis, Byrne Odhiambo, Kerr, McBain, Vigurs Wood, Rooney subs: Allison, Welsh, Leslie and S. Sutherland

"Jobs for the boys"
Graeme Bennett and Charlie Christie are doing jobs that they've done very well since this club was formed. Yes people question Graemes role, whether or not its needed, but he does it without salary. Last year the board, ratified by the shareholders, agreed to pay him an amount in respect of his years of out of pocket expenses. Charlie is paid to bring money into the club. I assume JD is John Docherty an excellent coach. DS.....if David Sutherland then he doesn't have a job at the club he just owns most of it. If Duncan Shearer well I think the youth record may well have something to do with his abilities. Cant think who MN is. Yes it it could be seen as jobs for the boys but they are all capable people. They all know the club and they all have this club at heart.

"Jobs for the boys"
I dont see it as jobs for the boys. I think he's looked at our shortfalls and tried, with what he knows, to fill the gaps. Both Foran and Kerr are good footballers. They have a lot of experience, can coach and cajole our younger players and can compliment the Brewster signings. Most managers go for players they know, either as part of a previous team or from part of an opposing team. Look at the players on the books of some of the top managers down south.

Sergei Baltacha
Sergei took Caledonian to a North cup win but failed to win the league and took CT to sixth in div3 first season. Nobody will ever really know whether he could have bettered that cos his demise was more to do with politics than football. He hasn't, however, done anything else if football since so perhaps that speaks volumes for his ability. My understanding is he was never sacked. Just didn't get his contract renewed.

Niether ICT nor Watford wish to disclose the true figure so all else, be it in the press or word of mouth is pure speculation and not worth arguing about.

The Board
Calls for apologies. Calls to replace the board. Only one man has the power to replace the board. A board of directors are voted into position by the majority of shareholders. David Sutherland has the controlling shareholding so he is, ultimately, the one to hire or fire the board. It wont happen. To oust David Sutherland would need a great deal of money. Money that would go into his pocket, not the clubs. Its unlikely that any investor, in the present climate, would be prepared to fight a buyout. Something thats very difficult with a private limited company anyway. I dont see the board having anything to apologise for. David Sutherland maybe for his public comments against the fans. The board, as is, under the leadership of George Fraser did not hire Brewster. Alan Savage was in charge then. I think they were slow in acting. I think they believed things would turn around. I also think they were unaware of, or didnt believe there were, alledged, problems behind the dressing room door. Their heads were still clouded by past successes and great camaraderie among the players and staff. I think, now that they have made the decision to replace the manager and have provided the funds to bring some quality into the squad, its time to draw a line under the whole sorry saga and do all we can to ensure this season ends on a high.

Brian Kerr signs
Brian is married now. Is away from the city nightlife and knows very well what its like to be out of work. He also knows this is his chance to prove that he can play for another few years and I'm sure he'll give us his all.
