Yes we should have replaced him.....perhaps we have in Watt, that remains to be seen but loads of people are coming on here and stating the obvious yet I haven't seen one good suggestion as to WHO should have replaced him.

Today I blame the St Mirren goalie. We must bear in mind that a number of changes came about this season and some players, either are not good enough, or just have not had long enough to gel. Caff, for one, seems to be not quite up to it yet and I believe thats due to lack of matches at this level. According to Scotties report we had a number of chances but just couldn't find the net. Thats always been a problem area for us. Yes we need a proven central defender but there aren't too many about at the minute. I wouldn't be too despondant at the moment. We've had bad runs before and come through and there's a long season to go yet.

Summer football no. However I would support a winter break.

According to the listing on the official ICT site we have 12 midfielders and they are all named in the poll. I have no intention of distinguishing between attacking and defending mids. I just list them as they come.

My choice would be McBain

I actually believe that would be Charlie Christie's way. He has ICT at heart and does not want to tie them into a position whereby, if he fails, they have to 'let him go' with compensation etc. CC will not stay if he cannot achieve the high standards and goals he sets for himself so he is making sure that when they do find the time its on the right footing. Bear also in mind that it may be Grazza who hasn't the time, after all he's doing his job of flying around the world trying to do deals with players. With searching and signing and the day to day running of the team time is probably of the essence.

Seems to me that this thread is deteriorating into something it shouldn't. Phrases like "he deserves a second chance". Second chance for what?
