A huge incentive to win on the Rugby Park plastic on Saturday with Dundee United and Hamilton not playing each other until Monday a victory would guarantee  third place on Saturday evening with at least fourth by Monday.

It would also give us a 14 point margin over seventh place and virtually guarantee top six for a third consecutive season.

Kilmarnock are not letting Celtic on the plastic pitch tomorrow afternoon before their game at night! Is it different from other ones?

I believe before playing Kilmarnock or Hamilton we train on MIllburn Academy's 3G pitch - the same turf both clubs use - we don't travel down pre-match often and even if we do we never train the night before.

Why should they? Do Celtic let other teams train on their pitch the day before a game.

No one would want to because grass is grass.

Was not saying they should Joe!

Tansey will be available for this one. His totting up ban starts from 18/1 so will miss St Johnstone.

F**kin St.Johnstone.

Lots of interest in this one(!) Aside from a thorough pumping of Ross County we have laboured in recent games. Hopefully we will have Watkins back in the starting XI along with Draper to partner Tansey in midfield. I would expect to see us /  like to see us line up as follows:

Brill
Raven Warren Meekings Shinnie
Draper Tansey
Watkins Christie Doran
Mckay

That's pretty much our strongest XI although Hughes may want to minimise changes to the side given they have won their last two games so I wouldn't be overly surprised to see Tremarco continue at LB and Shinnie maintain his place in midfield. Watkins apparently has had a dead leg which kept him out of the game against Saint Mirren.
