With the current transfer window set-up the free agent had become more popular with players leaving clubs by mutual consent etc with the hope of being picked up by clubs in need of replacements or looking to strengthen weakened squads. Last week''s Ian Harte will he won't he with St.Mirren was one example and then he was replaced by the same club with another free agent in Camara. We have already picked up Kerr as a free agent.

There are many players out there without contracts at present. Along with Ian Harte I see that Keith Gillespie has also decided to go down the free agent route to get a new club.

Has anybody seen any other decent free agents out there that might help us strengthen our squad for the run-in and cup game(s) to come?

I doubt if there's too much left in the pot to pay additional wages.
