With the lads back in today to start their training I wondered what the trialists actually do? I mean as far as I know most, if not all, the early work done is fitness based so how would their footballing attributes be judged??

A lot of the final judgement comes down to attitude, and how they get on with the group. Football islike any other group of employees, you live in each others pockets, and one bad apple can spoil the bunch. Id imagine they have bounce games from the off, so there will be plenty to see.

Of course he will be he is still under contract to us until Wednesday and hasnt signed for a new club

Said this on another post, but they said on Sunday that RICHIE FORAN SIGNED on friday night. Came from the lips of 10CC my son said. Two other have said this to me also who were at th youth meeting

I hope Foran has signed. It said there would be pictures in tomorrows courier of pre-season so we may see our trialist there.
