Been on one or two o these meself and they do make a differnce especially if they are followed with a session in the bar afterwards

Some good battles.... at the bar too! crammed into Murph's mini stopping many times on the way home, somehow i dont think the ICT players indulged the same way we did.

the lads all seemed to really enjoy it and they were amazing in there willingness to get stuck in and have a go

there are already plans being made for a return visit to enjoy some of the things that they were not able to do when they came through

and it was down to me IHE i planned and organised it , also working on the plans for the game against the team too :(
