Just like to say thanks to Tabitha at ICT for sorting out season ticket problem,concessions cut off was 31/7/50 which missed me by one day.But now I am one day "older" cheers!

Did she give any indication as to what the cut-off is for cheating the system?

If someone is too young/old by a week or two, then will they alter the system for them also?

Cant pls everyone it seems! Good on Tabitha for using a bit of common sense if she had said no then the op may not have renewed their ticket at all.

Probably best if the op had just kept it to himself. It might be seen as "common sense" but you can be sure there's several people out there who fall just before/after the cut off date who will now expect the same treatment and you can quickly get into a "Where do you draw the line?" situation.

just like to add that the young lady at ICT phoned me back and informed me that the date stands,it was a simple mistake,nobody was trying to "cheat" the system as one guy put it,so I am not a OP for this season. End of topic.
