Rok in administration

Does the news that Rok Group, owner of Tulloch, has been placed in administration this morning represent a serious risk to ICT? Clearly it's not likely to have any positive impact, but is there any immediate or longer term downside?

Unlikely to have any direct impact. Rok had bought out Tulloch Construction but not the parent company Tulloch Ltd or Tulloch Homes which is the major shareholder in ICT.

Tulloch Ltd did have a large shareholding in Rok at one point but I believe they may have been sold off/reduced in the past few years.

R B farquhar also hit the skids last friday, quite a big employer Huntly way i believe.

And god knows what effect the Kinloss closure will have on Moray, hope they keep Lossie going.
