To All Users:

We wish to inform all users that 'CaleyD' has made a decision to step back from site admin duties for the time being.

The reason for this is pretty straightforward ... Although CTO is our 'flagship' site, our portfolio is growing and the time constraints and workload mean it is not feasible for us both to perform admin duties 24/7 on one site to the possible detriment of others we already own, operate or maintain for ourselves, existing clients or new customers.

As CTO has always been "my baby" since I launched it in 1994, we decided that I will continue as Site Admin on here and Don will focus more closely on our other sites and our external clients. Don also has external commitments with CaleyJags Together and other ICT related stuff and although he is a big lad, there is only so much of him to go around so this approach makes sense.

Don will remain on the site as a member and we will also be re-jigging the moderator list to fill the void.

TM4TJ has agreed to become a site admin. As he already administers the editorial portion of the site and is responsible for collating and co-ordinating all our previews, reports and stories, thats not much of a leap.

Gringo and Mantis will continue as Senior Mods, and the moderation team will also be tweaked slightly. Some existing moderators are not as active on the site as they once were and we will be asking them if they wish to continue or not. Should any of them decide against it we will freshen up the team by inviting other members to fill any vacancies created.
