Is it just me or is foreign chairmen ruining the game of football, Blackburn have had more managers than away wins this season which proves there is no need for them. Then you look at the likes of Hearts and the mess they are in. What do you think and them is there really any need for them 

Rangers did well with a Scottish chairman...at least Blackburn still exist

It's not Chairmen that are the problem (foreign or otherwise), it's a system and legislation that allows then to run up huge debts and then just walk away without any personal liability.
