Very surprised to hear Butcher (from Bbc sport) saying that missing out was a "blessing", not sure what he means but have a feeling it may be to do with ammount of games that we would play in a week.

I was very heartbroken at full time but think Butcher may be right.

Yep==thumbs down to the naysayers. Personally speaking how could anyone be other than optimistic after this last season's performance.?

 

ICT will be starting with a strong backbone of seasoned players and Terry will surely be bringing in a nice promising crop of new  youngsters from doon sooth.

 

Our reputation must be higher in England and other areas than last year so what is there to criticize negatively?
