Graeme Shinnie is in the PFA Premiership Team of the Year ! Deserved !

 

Goalkeeper: Fraser Forster (Celtic)

Defenders: Graeme Shinnie (Inverness Caledonian Thistle), Virgil van Dijk (Celtic), Mark Reynolds (Aberdeen), Andrew Robertson (Dundee United)

Midfielders: Stuart Armstrong (Dundee United). Peter Pawlett (Aberdeen), Kris Commons (Celtic)

Forwards: Steven May (St Johnstone), Kris Boyd (Kilmarnock), Nadir Cifti (Dundee United)

Fully deserves it. Him and Andrew Robertson have been the stand out full backs in the division this term.

A little unfortunate for Mckay, his recent barren spell likely costing him as well as not being one of the more fashionable players from the central belt. In fairness the forward line is quite well packed with quality.

Shinnie in SPFL team of the year: so well deserved! I'm sure we could argue that other ICT players should have been in the frame, but if it were to be only one, GS would have been the one for me!

Graeme Shinnie is utterly fantastic. The improvement in his game over the last couple of seasons is incredible. One of the first names on the team sheet every week. Give him a new 5 year deal with a Nandos loyalty card thrown in.
