Rio loses wife

Featured Replies

Laurence..my Doctor told me  a few months ago that every man over 70 has some form of cancer in that region. My Dad had an enlarged prostate and so do I though not quite as bad as he had ......... yet.

I take an Arthrotec pill (to reduce the inflammatory process of arthritis in the joints) on the odd occasion when it  needs to be attended to. This inhibits or stops the production of prostaglandins which directs the inflammatory processes all round the body so the pressure on the nerves subsides along with the pain.

Prostate cancer is slow growing as I understand it.  Need to keep an eye on the annual PSA readings of the blood test results......

Finding a cure is the 21st Century challenge of the  world isn't it?

But we are talking about a 34 year old woman with three young children - Shocking and so sad. Bill Shankly was a great man but he got one notion sadly wrong.

Absolutely, IHE. The main point of course.

Very sad for such a young family- condolences to them all
