Hope he gets a game this time he certainly deserves it.

If he goes to the Euros, will ICT get some money? I'm sure we did when it was Niculae in 2008.

IIRC we got something like 60k for Niculae going to it.

Good news and probably the reason we got him, he gets game time and starts when fit and we get a player on a wage that is probably lower than his previous clubs to allow him to keep his place in the national squad, which he has and deserves based on performances with us, although is his contract not up at the end of this season? Will that affect any windfall as his parent club, especially if he signs pre-contract?

I was just thinking the same thing.  If his deal is up prior to the tournament and he doesn't sign a new one by the time it starts, he'd technically be a free agent.  Presumably in that case we'd get nothing.

Dear Owain Fon, have you told that guy next to you how nice Inverness a place is to live, work and bring up a family? AND with your connections you could probably get him a game with the local football team.........
