Disgusting, anti social habit which selfishly impacts on others. Should be restricted to the smoker's private home provided that there are no children.

Isnt that merely what other clubs already do ? The TCS has been non-smoking for several years now has it not ? and unless you are in hospitality then the same no re-entry policy applies.
