Hospitality

Saw this in my email from the club and then the Supporters Trust followed up with the email quoted below:

You have been asking for this and now it’s here!  Supporters hospitality returns for the home game against Cove on Saturday 21st of September. Priced at only £50 (inc VAT) for season ticket holders or £70 (inc VAT) if you don’t have a season ticket, you can enjoy full pre match hospitality in the Highlander Lounge that includes a free drink on arrival & after the game (pay bar for rest of the day), 1 course curry lunch, halftime pies and, various player/former player interviews plus much more. Come along and enjoy a great day out and watch ICT in the best way possible.

The Supporters Trust would like to thank Scott Young for all his hard work to make this happen and hopefully we can sell the room out for the game.

Maybe they would like to, but just can’t afford it. I agree there did seem to be some uptake in decent numbers, so surprised the club cancelled it. I’m

And a far superior set up to us btw

Certainly better value than watching their football 🙂

But they are not like for like? Kelty give 4 drinks and a buffet for the £50.

QOS are FT and these packages offer much more for the extra money.

Another issue is our friends across the bridge offer Premiership football and packages not much more than ours.

This hospitality didn't sell enough we agree on. I was part of a group that was cancelled. A lot of work was put into gathering a group of 20. However you have to question why the club themselves couldn't actively sell another couple of tables??

It's very telling as to the competency of the SG era and the relationships the club has with local businesses currently when we have zero corporate hospitality bookings and the club couldn't even (or even bother to?) get a table or two sold.

Keith H is the commercial director and doesn't have the contacts/ relationships to sell a few seats for a curry? That's concerning.
