ICT Midfielder in court

BBC news this morning has told us of an ICT midfielder appearing in court later regarding a substance found in his car at the Rock Ness concert.

Presume this must be Mr Hart... if he appears in court is this to face charges? any of you legal experts familiar with the next process?

I heard that too.

I didn't think he'd been charged with anything, but surely if he's up in court then that means he has? :024:

Kingsmills might know somebody....  :023:

Maybe someone said to him "Do you want to participate in a line.........."  and he was already on his way before he heard the final word in the sentence  ".......up."

Maybe we should consider playing him as a wide midfielder - he seems comfortable working beside a white line.

Ach - Yer all being a tad harsh here.... I thought he looked really lively when he came on on Saturday - Ok...  so he didn't achieve much - but he certainly looked very lively....  :014: :rolleyes02: :014:

It sounds like a first calling of the case whereby an accused person has 3 options.

Option 1 plead guilty and get a smack on the wrists if a minor matter.(usually a fine)

Option 2 is to plead not guilty and have future dates fixed for a trial.

Option 3 to continue the case without tendering a plea for up to 4 weeks for "further investigation" by the defence

Good luck in your fight against drugs but gonnae put a sock in it now and leave the boy alone?  Everyone makes mistakes.

was going to close this thread when I first saw it but the comments have been witty/sarcastic rather than over the top. However, I think the last post is a good way to bring it to a close !
