Car Boot Sale

I decided to clear out the junk before Christmas comes around and a new batch starts gathering and decided to give the Car Boot Sale at the Stadium a go. Despite the weather not being the kindest I was surprised at the turnout (it may have actually been busier than yesterdays match!!!). I knew the gates opened at 7.30, but given the light rain felt safe sauntering down nearer 8 to get parked up only to find it already pretty full. I believe the hardcore car booters were queuing from 6.45 and punters were on the scene to buy not long after the first cars were in place (complete with torches).

Anyway, just wanted to say that I was glad to see that it's being well attended by both sellers and buyers and that (from the sellers side at least) it seems well organised and well run.

B@llacks! eh forgot that was on, meant to go along for a mooch roond , was talkin about it on Friday to Mrs Dee and then it went clean oot ma heid! (mind you that happens a lot these days ) :rotflmao:

Nice to see that the car bot sales are better organised than the tactics on the pitch and player selection. Who is it that is organising it so that they can be given Mr Brewster and his side kicks jobs. They are obviously more qualified in all departments than the current management team. just remember 4 home wins in a year. Thats the target to beat.

Good call. Lets just forget the footie and make Tulloch Stadium into akind of Ingliston of the North with markets and car boot sales and so on. Could be a great weekend's fun!

Maybe we should give whoever is responsible for the tactical success of the car boot sale a go at managing the team for a month !
