  1. Wonder if the bookies will give odds on Proctor going to Crawley Town?

  2. ''sandaza fell over more than amir khan'' - terry butcher. butcher also mentioned sandaza kicking out at golobart and trying to get under golobarts skin to make golobart react. very underhand tactics from st johnstone. golobart got the ball imo and out muscled sandaza or sandamaras

  3. all you need to play football is grass, a ball, and 4 jumpers who needs fancy training facilities we use fort george 99% of the time and when we cant because of rain or snow we have the option of using millburn academys 3g pitch or charleston. theres no problem with that. there were 17000 thousand 'fans' for the final but the semi final there was 24 thousand fans overall and id put money on at least 17 thousand of them being celtic supporters. so they had no more for their semi final than we did in ours if we got to the final theres no doubt in my mind we would be able to take the same amount of fans. whenever county come up on here dougal you always seem to look at what theyve done and see it as somehow better than what we have done well we reached the spl in 10 years its taken them 83 years, and theyve been past the last 16 of the scotish cup on 1 occasion. the only competition theyve done better than us in is the alba cup wining it twice and theyve had 18 attempts at it and we only had 11. technically theyve done better than us in the 2nd divison but only because they got relegated from the first division and had another chance to win it whereas we have never been relegated from a sfl division. need anymore?

  6. C*unty have something like 12 first team squad players out of contract at the end of the season, so we are no more likely to know what their squad will look like than we are our own.

  7. A fact (derived from the Latin factum) is something that has really occurred or is actually the case. The usual test for a statement of fact is verifiability, that is whether it can be proven to correspond to experience. Standard reference works are often used to check facts. Scientific facts are verified by repeatable experiments. In philososphy, the concept fact is considered in epistemology and ontology. Questions of objectivity and truth are closely associated with questions of fact. A "fact" can be defined as something which is the case, that is, a state of affairs. Facts may be understood as that which makes a true sentence true. Facts may also be understood as those things to which a true sentence refers. The statement "Jupiter is the largest planet in the solar system" is about the fact Jupiter is the largest planet in the solar system. Misunderstanding of the difference between fact and theory sometimes leads to fallacy in rhetoric, in which one person will say his or her claim is factual whereas the opponent's claim is just theory. Such statements indicate confusion as to the meanings of both words, suggesting the speaker believes that fact means "truth," and theory means "speculation." Co-incidentally - I am never wrong, I once actually thought that I was wrong but it turned out that I was mistaken.

  8. I don't see Hibs battling relegation next season. In the SPL just now the only team I can see near the bottom are St. Mirren, all the rest should be fine. The team that comes up also normally stay up in their first season and County seem to be better this season than Dunfermline were when they won it. So even though I see County staying up the only teams I can realistically see as possible relegation candidates are us, County and St. Mirren. I would probably say at the moment that we would be favourites for relegation. All depends on what team we have for next season. No Hayes and another rake of loan players and next season won't be a good one.

  9. Number 1 still exists.,,plus C*unty were never forced into an expensive merger that swallowed a good deal of the previous clubs assets and had a stadium imposed upon them which cost more than it should and carried the additional burden of a very expensive road having to be put in place. Not exactly calling it on a level playing field there Charles, and you know it. I don't know, or care, if C*unty spent more than us over the years, but it's not something that could be settled on the basis of who's paid the highest transfer fee(s). You'd need to look at wages etc also....Paul Hartles Pay per PLay deal anyone?

  10. Two points here. 1 - On the subject of money allegedly being thrown around, where did ICT's £2 million + debt of 1999- 2000 ultimately disappear to etc etc etc? 2 - Show me the evidence that Ross County "always outspent Caley Thistle" in the lower leagues? For instance I am looking for numbers which outrank £30,000 for Iain Stewrt in the summer of 1995 and another £50K for Brian Thomson and Mike Teasdale a few months later.
