  1. It's worth remembering that the younger teams are there to produce one or two good players, not a whole team. The classic example is Everton Schoolboys getting beaten by Liverpool Schoolboys 15-1. Wayne Rooney came from the Everton team. Everton win. One or two players becoming SPL standard would be a terrific result. It matters not how the rest of the team perform in the youth leagues.
  2. BC 0 v ICT 1 (G.Shinnie)
  3. Hang on a minute... let's get this straight. Back in 1994 poor old Buenos Hadji, due to scruples regarding the loss of his Highland League team, "declines" to associate himself with a new club which then progressed to the SPL in a decade. Instead he decides to become a lifelong supporter of another club which now finds itself in the Third Division, from which the club he declined to back moved on as champions all of 15 years ago. Talk about a magnet for lost causes! I really hope he doesn't bet on the horses!! I suppose he has swapped "On a Life Support Machine" for a club that is just about on a Life Support Machine!
  4. That secret basement?
  5. Its horizontal when he is lying on the pitch.
  6. Aye, chatted to Chris myself. What a nice lad he is. He won't make the start and, as CC says above, he's almost there and looking forward to putting on the ICT shirt again.
  7. And perhaps not get rid of the old dogs who have stayed clear of injury for most of their career
  8. If I could afford the fit pedigree I would obviously get him. If not i don't think I'd take the chance on the cheaper injury prone dogs, maybe just give my puppies a chance.
