A lot of teams in the league this year are a lot stronger than they were last season. How many points did we finish last season with?

As I've mentioned previously, I can see Hughes and ICT being a really good potential match, but unfortunately more and more I just don't see it falling into place. I hope we are proved wrong.

This was designed as a sort of Champions League for International teams. The Champions League has just seen the rich clubs get richer and thus the divide within leagues across Europe get bigger. I wonder what long term effect this will have on national teams?

We've got games coming up before the split in the next few days against County and Motherwell. If we were to be 'given' 4 points for these games without kicking a ball...you sound like you would go with a win against County and a draw against Motherwell despite the reverse being better for the club. Indeed, I would suspect from your parochial stance that you'd be happier with us finishing 8th (for example, in any given season) ahead of County - rather than us finishing 3rd with County runners-up?! My post was a bit of tongue in cheek humour. I actually agree with your point but I'll refrain from engaging you in any form of humour from now on (whether amusing or not).

As long as I can bring in Paul Sturrock as my assistant! How about Paul Hartley as then you would be guaranteed success if some posters are to be believed!! He says he doesn't want to move to Inverness though. (and he's a little bit weird!) Besides Luggy always gets his round in!

Brechin and Stirling I tend to think of as more white than red for some reason. Aberdeen I think of as just red. (amongst other things!)

This is disgraceful Alex. Is Hughes handicapped? Does he have a disabled permit? Why should he be allowed to park in the club car park? Some fans didn't want him to be the manager so he should have to walk to work. I didn't want him at first - therefore I think he should be allowed to take a bicycle to work. But I'm not posting lots saying Hughes should be sacked therefore I AM WRONG.

YEAH!!! That top is my favourite too. By quite a long way. My Dad bought it for me, it was my first ever ICT shirt (I got the older ones on ebay). I couldn't agree more about the stripes. In my opinion it's part of who we are and a wee pointer to where we came from. There are a lot of clubs in blue in Scotland but none in Red and Blue stripes. (BTW - funny how there's only really one team in Scotland in red)

I have every shirt we've ever had. Home and away. Not all of them fit well!
