I don't think the confidence argument someone mentioned in this case is too relevant. I believe that experience plays a bigger part when it comes to shoot outs. That's why, with no slight on Dean's abilities (I think he's great) I would make the sub if it went to penalties. Ryan's been there before and done the job. But, as has been said, let's hope it does not come to this.

Rather than compensation being an issue I suspect the board would be more likely to place more emphasise on who they believe would be more likely to remain committed to ICT if they do well and offers from other clubs presented themselves. All McKay's penalties were the same that's why he missed 3 in a row - he got found out. I think Nick's penalty was very poor, perfect height and close to the keeper and not enough power.
