Scarlet, I'm afraid it's not really obvious at all. You said - Judging by the way ICT are playing compared to County I think they are going to roast them which actually contains a double ambiguity. Firstly you haven't said in which direction you are making the comparison with between ICT (who have made a better start than last season) and County (who have made a very good start in the SPL,) Secondly you haven't defined which of ICT and County are referred to by "they" and "them". There's nothing really wrong with your grammar on the other hand - except maybe that since you clearly aim to make a contrast between the two sides, then you might have been better to have said "compared WITH County". Shut up.

I t was thought tha Rangers would be bought by a rich guy and rebooted in the SPL, having paid around a third of the debt off instead of the miserable 9p in the pound which was actually suggested. Nobody really thought that Rangers would be playing in Div 3 so that is why I referred to a prophet I rather feel I have fallen for mind games here, if it was just me I would not get involved, but Dougal is an innocent party here, Caley you should apologise to him, if nothing else. Celtic will win the league but it will not be by the gap some people have been saying. The gap between 2nd and 3rd last year will be much more than 1st and 2nd this year. Last season M'well lost 4 games to the huns, the teams trying to challenge will not loose as many points to the OF (cos 1 half is in the 3rd) therefore the gap will be smaller and hopefully the league a bit more exciting.

I think the wee nyaff could be right. Certainly hope not. I have put some money on St.J however, check their results under Lomas - woeful! I doubt he'll last the season. Also think the dons will continue to be duff. Unfortunately I think c*unty will have a VERY good season, perhaps even finishing as high as 4th or 5th. But next season however...

Ha! At least you'd make ones with realistic sizing! I agree the financial aspect is the most important thing at the mo. I am just very disappointed with the choice but I've made my point, can't change things now.

We will never have a shirt that we will all agree on or like (human nature, opinions and some folk are just never happy ) and am certainly not blessed with any fashion sense of note as well but I feel I've made my point regarding my opinion on why I am very disappointed with the absence of our stripes. BTW for what little it's worth (excluding the stripe factor) I think the only home shirts we have had that are worse than this are the very first ever one (and possibly the one we wore in the Feb 8th 2000 game). But this is only opinion, many will disagree and it's best to never take fashion advice from me!

I wanted a striped shirt sure but not because "it's what I wanted" I think it's part of our teams (and fans) identity and something we should maintain and build upon. As I said I will still put money into the club but in another form, it'd be folly in the current climate to as you suggest "throw the toys out". Also I'm fairly sure my Dad will purchase one as a gift and so the club are not missing out financially. I'm surprised by your response, regardless of whatever opinion you have on the strip.
