A very astute choice IMO. Reckon Ipswich will be an EPL team within 3-4 seasons.

The Ipswich thread had me thinking, I'm pretty sure that TB is the longest serving manager in the SPL, is this right? But who is the longest serving manager in Scotland? I tried finding out but cannot find anything up to date.
