Better than expected?
I agree but we could do with an better/more experienced back up keeper

The SPL Years
No.8 was Write On Caley. The clue is in the name.

The ones that got away?
Nah... f*ck 'im!

Just a little thank you...
The programmes were different (or at least the date on the cover was), I have the one from the Tuesday. Or alternatively you can pick them up on ebay for a few quid...

Just a little thank you...
Always nice to get something for nothing and if that happens to be ICT related then all the better! Good work ICT.

Best goal ever
Oh yeah - bagan at Tynecastle! Man I'd forgotten about that one, that was amazing, Mooncat and me nearly feel down the stand into the rows in front of us watching him run and run and run, past one, past two... for that goal! Brilliant stuff, Rossco's was a cracker too, with his left peg too I think. That was a great day and a great night after, won money on the game from a Hibbee bookie and got rather merry after! Happy days! SFL again - stroll on!

Thierry Gatheussi?
Hmmm... didn't know that. Cheers Jay.

Our most creative player
Foran is capable of creating many chances. Also think Cox could be creating a lot of opportunities for us this season.
-
Thierry Gatheussi?
I'm pretty sure that Thierry Gatheussi did not get offered a new contract with us, am I right in thinking this?

TB ... not known to exaggerate!
Beat a Highland league team 8-0 in pre-season or beat the pars 1-0 when the league starts?... hmmm... Chill out, the results don't matter too much in pre-season, there are too many more important factors.

New Away Kit
The one on the left is a lot more pallateable.
-
Best goal ever
If it is best goal at the TCS then Rankin's against the huns. Best ICT goal, Barry Wilson in the cup against 'well.
-
New Away Kit
That shirt is pathetic.

The Tale of HMS Sneck
Let us, the crew of HMS Sneck slip underwater and commence our next mission. Be prepared though, as we shall remain submerged until we resurface in as yet un-charted SPL waters. But we will enjoy the journey, there's plenty of rum to be had me hearties...

Mo Edu's new suit
Oh man! How many of the blinkered, arrogant types would go nuts over that! Brilliant!
-
Livingston FC
At the bottom of that pdf it says RDF provides support for Northern Rock, etc, etc... They're a bl0ody jinx!

Trialists...
Ooh... I could crush a grape.

Motherwell Struggling
I'm sure they'll go on and make Scotland very proud..... B)
-
Mark Brown
Gordon Marshall has been Hibs goalkeeping coach for around the past 5 years and they've just sacked him!
-
Motherwell Struggling
That's irrelevant now, it was so long ago and money has changed football so much since then (for the worst IMO). You'll never see Forest or Ipswich win a euro trophy again. In fact they'd be lucky to qualify. I agree that well might struggle this season. Jim's Gammon remind me of Stephen Kenny at the pars a few years back.

Goalkeeper
Maybe for about half a season. Every time Pele tried to give him another opportunity he blew it and Jimmy'd be back in.

Sound Familiar?
I see paul mince has been reappointed at MK dons after walking out on them for a bigger job and failing miserably. An arrogant man who thinks too much of himself, "un-finished" business, successful first spell... Remind you of anything? BBC Link Good enough for the m(in)k dons I suppose, wonder what their fans think of this and how this will pan out!
-
Goalkeeper
We signed him when we were promoted to the 2nd division as Jim wouldn't go full time with us. He ended up warming the bench while Jim carried on writing his ICT legacy between the sticks! Left to go to C*unty!

Goalkeeper
You must be quite young then? Ever heard of Les Fridge?.... :P :019: :P

What Do You Think?
It's probably not likely but ICT have a unique opportunity as so many youngsters in Inverness now wear ICT tops and support the team. When I worked back in Inverness I talked to a lot of folk who used to be season ticket holders for the old firm but had switched to ICT and never looked back. I also know of others who are now parents and have done the same thing as they do not want thier children to be old firm supporters. Whether it happens only time will tell but I do believe our attandances will rise steadily due to kids having a team at a high level now. There will always be those that choose to glory hunt but we've a much better chance than the likes of motherwell, partick, falkirk, etc. who are just too near the OF and also are more likely to be swayed by the central belt religous debate (nicely worded eh!!? :P ). We on the other hand (if we are clever) can use the geographical factor to our advantage.
